An apartment is available, which was converted from a larger building, renovated in 2010, and set in a 2,000-square-meter garden with pine forest and relaxation corners and which lends itself to the reconditioning of kite-surfing equipment. It is located about 10 minutes from the center of Marsala, about 10 minutes from the equipped beaches/lidos of the southern coast and 2.5 km from the Stagnone Reserve and from kite-surfing spots. The property is easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport and there is also the availability of transfers to and from Birgi airport (upon coordination). The property's surface area is about 50 square meters, consisting of a kitchen-living room, a functional kitchenette complete with dishes available to guests and a sofa bed; two bathrooms with shower for exclusive use, a bedroom with a double bed and a cot. In a wooden annex, there is the possibility of using the washing machine and another outdoor shower. The garden, with pine forest, olive and citrus trees, is shared with the owner, a dog and cats, but for guests there is a relaxing garden corner, under two centuries-old olive trees, with deck chairs, chairs and a table with the possibility of barbecuing.
