Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Syracuse

Emilia was very kind and easy to communicate with. She was on top of all necessary information and offered a spacious and clean apartment for us to enjoy Ortigia. It is on a main street that is very loud for most of the night, which I wish I knew, as it made it hard to sleep.

Right from the start Loredonna made sure we had all the information we needed and during our stay left us alone to enjoy ourselves but was always available if we need anything. Most importantly she also gave clear leaving instructions when the time came. The apartment is a very good size and smartly furnished for a stay in Ortigia. The location is ideal for a short walk to the marina to see the big yachts come or go to the market for provisions. Plenty of street side restaurants mean cooking at home really isn't necessary. Car parking in Ortigia can be a challenge but we used a privately managed underground carpark recommended by Loredonna and with an hour's notice they would have the car ready for us to take a trip. Overall highly recommended for a week in Ortigia.

Corrado and Mariacristina welcomed us personally and explained everything to us. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is great that there is parking right in front of the entrance to the apartment, along the street. The apartment is on the ground floor, you enter directly from the street and although the rooms have windows, the windows are not suitable for opening and ventilation.

We absolutely loved Alfredo’s place. Beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy bed and amazing shower. Loved the little deck sitting out area for evenings and pool to cool off. Fabulous Airbnb and Alfredo was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Great 5 days in lovely Fontane Bianchi.

The place is nice, practical and very central. Ortigia can be reached in a good 10 minutes on foot. There and also many options for eating out on the other side. 10 min. walk from the train station. To find a parking space you need some luck (which we had). Otherwise, it is very noisy when the window is open, but that's when you live so centrally. Always reach the host. We were there for two weeks in October.

A super cozy and comfortable one just a few minutes from the Ortigia center.

Great host, told us all we needed to know, how to get there etc. Great location, close to the island (Oritigia) and local shops and restaurants. The apartment was really spacious and modern. The one thing that wasn't great was that there was a lot of noise from the street in the 2 bedrooms on the lower floor, you can hear the cars and motorbikes until the early hours. There was also lots of very loud banging throughout the night from the neighbouring bulidings.

This Airbnb was nicely decorated inside, plus it had a cozy loveseat and comfortable mattress. The kitchen had good quality pots and pans, cooktop, and microwave. Roberta was super responsive whenever I had questions. The location was excellent for exploring Ortigia.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We have stayed many places on airbnb this was our favorite. Beautiful location, everything was great and the hosts were awesome. Well equiped kitchen. Not one complaint and we hope to make it back soon.

We had a lovely holiday here. The villa, pool and grounds were beautiful and in a stunning countryside location looking towards Noto. Sara and Corrado were friendly and excellent hosts. The newly refurbished large pool is wonderful. There are lots of places to visit within easy reach by car. We were lucky to be there for Noto’s famous flower festival.

Loved our stay here. Central location, right in the action and market. Fresh food, and local energy. The street is noisy and it goes late but hosts do provide earplugs. If you want action, it's an incredible place to truly experience what the island has to offer. Stairs are a little scary and second "bedroom" nice and open - but nothing you can't see on the photos. Host was proactive and appartment clean. Would come back any day. Thank you!

Amazing location and very comfortable! The rooftop patio and kitchen were perfect for cooking and a glass of wine in the evening; the bed was extremely comfortable, and the setting in the midst of the alleyways and courtyards of ortigia was perfect.

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

This place was absolutely amazing. Definitely experienced some depression upon checking out the space was so great. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. Will visit again… and again!

The home is lovely, very comfortable and the on site parking was great. Wonderful communication and Viviana was very pleasant, kept kind and helpful.

it was a pleasant stay, the appartement is nicely decorated and very well located ! the terrace is beautiful and Mario is very arrangeable. we stayed a month there and we have really enjoyed the place !

Elisabetta and her husband Licio were lovely! They picked us up at the bus station in their car and after showing us the apartment, walked us a little bit around the neighborhood! Elisabetta offered to help anytime if we needed it. Licio came to greet us at check out and walked with us to the bus stop so we wouldn’t make a wrong turn and miss it. Lovely!

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

A lovely space in a really perfect location to walk into the Main Street in a minute. The local paticery was delightful and there was free parking out the front of the doors. Excellent

Barbara’s apartment is ideally located for a short trip to Siracusa and Ortigia. She’s always available for questions, shares fantastic restaurant recommendations, and is, overall, a truly lovely person. Her husband Paolo kindly helped us with our many suitcases, which we were able to store conveniently before check-in and after check-out. I especially want to highlight how spotlessly clean the apartment was — and it smelled wonderful too. Thank you so much for this great stay!
