Vacation home rentals in Syracuse

Very comfortable place and useful kitchen. We prefer to make most of our own meals and felt right at home here. The bathroom was very clean and all amenities were appreciated. The sink in utility room and laundry drying rack were perfect for doing laundry necessary during our stay. The space was very well used and we were impressed with how tranquil it was.

Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il giardino esterno e la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Eloro che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Alberto si è dimostrato sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda, offrendo consigli e suggerimenti su ristoranti ed escursioni giornaliere!

Angela's place is amazing. We were a group of 5 friends traveling through Sicily and stayed in Noto for three nights. We all agreed that we would have happily spent a whole week at Angela's place. She greeted us upon arrival and had left some local wine and bread, showed us her gorgeous apartment and was super helpful when we were a little delayed on the route to arrive. I would really recommend staying here, and the apartment easily fits two couples + a fifth single person. Additionally, it has so many spaces that you can even have some alone time in a group trip, on the terrace, in the kitchen or in the living room or your bedroom! It's just gorgeous.

Das Apartment ist absolut zu empfehlen! Die Lage mit dem direkten Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon ist absolut unschlagbar. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten am Strand. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht und mit dem Auto sind viele schöne Städte und Strände schnell zu erreichen. Mariateresa war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr freundlich und schnell um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt:)

Maria e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e molto accoglienti! La casa era come nella descrizione sia per quanto riguarda le stanze (e pulizia impeccabile!) sia per la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla splendida Ortigia! Abbiamo avuto indicazioni per tutto dal parcheggio allo spostamento con i mezzi ai consigli sui monumenti! esperienza splendida e host che consiglio vivamente!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Noto. It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, truly felt like the kind of place we would have created ourselves. The location was perfect: just a short walk to everything downtown, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views from the back were stunning, and we loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Fabrizio’s apartment! The most outstanding features include: it’s very well equipped (the kitchen has everything you need, plus there’s a washing machine, a small vacuum cleaner, etc.), a charming terrace, and the place is spotlessly clean. It’s also close to beautiful beaches — be sure to visit Porto Ulisse! Parking is also very convenient, with your own dedicated spot in the parking area. The only minor downside was some noise from the adjacent apartment, which could be a bit distracting if you go to bed early. However, even this small issue was quickly addressed by Fabrizio after we mentioned it. Overall, he’s a great host — responsive and friendly. We definitely recommend this place!

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Vincenzo’s place is a gem. The apartment is perfect for a small family, a group of friends or two couples. The apartment was spotless, with comfy beds and linens, nice touches like spare toothbrushes, bathrobes and beach towels. The hosts even left homemade Limoncello for us to try (it was delicious btw)! Any question we had was answered immediately. The hosts were incredibly responsive and were so caring and warm in their responses. The beach is within a few feet of the apartment. Beautiful water and a lovely beach to explore. Our family had such a relaxing time and we were able to slow down and just enjoy ! If you want a beautiful beach getaway, this is the place to be!

Leuk huis op een rustige plek bij een rotsachtige kust. Prima bedden ook. Jammer dat in de kuststreek van Sicilië zoveel vuilnis op straat ligt, zo ook in dit dorp. Het dorpje heeft een leuk restaurant maar er zijn geen winkels. Het was er begin mei erg rustig. In de omgeving is meer dan genoeg te zien: de natuur, archeologie en steden zoals Noto en Syracusa zijn prachtig.

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Very spacious rooms with 3 balconies and all you need to feel at home. Easy for cooking and relaxing when not touring Siracusa. A larger grocery store is 3 blocks away. Ortigia is lovely but would be tough with a car, so the private gated parking area and wide streets are a big plus, also the location is great for walking: >10m to Ortigia, 5m to the cathedral, 15m to the archeological park and museum. Many good restaurants and cafes between you and Ortigia (try Agape!), as well as of course on Ortigia. Siracusa has a long, long history (we read "Sicily" by Norwich while touring Sicily) and Gabriella and her husband are full of knowledge and recommendations. Their house book was most complete. Be sure to do the walk less traveled along the east side of Ortigia for sea wall crashing waves and to enjoy a bottle of wine on the rocks. Thanks much Gabriella!

Noto has a very laid-back atmosphere. The location is conveniently situated along the main road, although there are some stairs to climb—nothing to worry about. The interior matches the pictures and is quite pleasant. They also provide a beach umbrella, which we found very useful. In the city, you'll find various shops, including pastry, baking, and panini shops, all within walking distance. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is perfect and about 10-20 min from everything. Dorine and Alda were very responsive and helpful. Dorine had great recommendations for food, beaches, restaurants and wineries. We really enjoyed our time! Thanks again.

Appartement impeccable et très bien placé (accès à pied très facile vers Ortigia) possibilité de se garer dans la rue ! Appartement parfaitement adapté pour accueillir un bébé. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour avec notre bébé de 3 mois.

We had a great time at Giangiacomo's place! Fantastic location with direct access to the sea. Very calm! Perfect for some relaxing days! We had no car. We took a taxi from Siracusa to the house and used the bikes for grocery shopping during our stay (there's a litte shop 10 minutes away). Giangiacomo and his girlfriend were very nice hosts and always helpful.

Wonderful hosts with an amazing property in an ideal location. We didn't want to leave .... ever! :) Ada was fantastic from booking through check out. They offered fabulous recommendations and a beautiful home with the best of everything, including washer & dryer and valet parking! We cannot wait to return!! Highly recommended!!!

The place was great. Host was great with communication and the place was perfect, has the basics, but we didn't spend much time in the room. Everything was clean, a great view, and excellent location. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a car to park, it's right next to the parking garage.
