Nous avons passé six jours fort agréables dans cette jolie maison isolée. La ville d’Ispica est toute proche. Nous avons apprécié la qualité, la diversité et l’abondance des équipements, en particulier dans la cuisine, au point où nous avons cuisine tous nos repas du soir. Le contact avec les propriétaires était sympathique et efficace. Une belle expérience !

Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento nel cuore di Ortigia, a due passi dal mercato e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche dell'isola. Leggermente più lontano il teatro antico e l'area archeologica, comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Nei dintorni è possibile trovare ristoranti popolari ma di notevole qualità. Il quartiere è interamente pedonale, essendo un'antica medina araba. L'appartamento è moderno e funzionale, molto fresco e areato, con un'ampia terrazza senza vis-à-vis. Wi-fi funziona perfettamente, è una comodissima base per esplorare la città. L'host è estremamente reattivo, raggiungibile su Whattshup e sulla piattaforma, per qualsiasi bisogno urgente o meno.

Lovely, friendly hosts who are very helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs and made everything so easy. The property is great value for money. The property was clean and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is great has everything you need to cook meals, washing machine room also next to the kitchen which is great. The property is 20 minutes drive from loads of great beaches. Lovely outdoor area to eat and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Fotos. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Ausblick, Pool sowie die ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen. Emanuela war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diesen Ort empfehlen.

Réservez les yeux fermés 👍Nous venons de passer 3 nuits du 16 au 19 /10/2024, dans la Casa di Mauro , qui correspond totalement aux photos et aux descriptions. Idéalement situé près du temple d’Apollon , nous étions au calme dans ce logement charmant ultra propre, fonctionnel, équipé de tout ce qui rend un logement confortable et surtout décoré avec goût. La literie est ultra confortable . En outre , nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, Maria . Merci pour son écoute, sa pro activité, sa réactivité et toutes ses attentions qui apportent le petit plus magique dans la location… des bouteilles d’eau et des produits de toilettes . Merci aussi pour ses bons conseils et pour les excellentes adresses pour déjeuner et dîner. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Syracuse en plein cœur d’Ortigia et nous nous sentions dans le logement très à l’aise comme chez nous .…l’expérience nous a enchanté et nous allons revenir . The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

Die Casa Nache ist extrem liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet. Sofort habe ich mich dort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Anna hat sehr rasch und zuvorkommend kommuniziert und auf Nachrichten immer super nett reagiert. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich absolut: sie ist fantastisch. Sofort würde ich wieder dort wohnen!

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

Der Garten von Gioacchino ist ein kleines Paradies. Sowohl für unsere Tochter als auch für uns war es spannend und schön, die Früchte zu entdecken und reifes Obst und Gemüse zu ernten und zu essen. Morgens ging es zum Hühnerstall, abends haben wir den Bio-Müll zu den Schweinen gebracht. Dazwischen ging es in den Pool oder zum Spielplatz. Das Haus ist gut durchdacht – es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und ein bisschen mehr (Zitronenpresse, Pürierstab etc.) Fußläufig ist ein toller Obststand, an dem man auch Backwaren kaufen kann. Ein paar Meter weiter ist der öffentliche Strand. Der ist leider voll und nicht sauber. Der Strand im Naturgebiet ist eher zu empfehlen. Dafür muss man aber einen Fußmarsch in Kauf nehmen. Der lohnt sich aber. Lido di Noto, Noto und die umliegenden Städtchen sind tolle Urlaubsorte und das Haus von Gioacchino eine Empfehlung. Er selbst ist sehr freundlich und kann stolz auf das sein, was er dort geschaffen hat. Danke nochmal für den Honig und die Papaya!

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Ήταν ένα υπέροχο μέρος, μέσα στη φύση, ήσυχο, το κατάλυμα διέθετε τα πάντα και μπορούσες να καθήσεις στην όμορφη βεράντα και να ξεκουράζεις το βλέμμα σου στην πράσινη φύση, ακούγοντας τα πουλιά να κελαϊδούν. Στον κήπο κυκλοφορούν 3 πανέμορφες, φιλικότατες γάτες που μας κρατούσαν συντροφιά. Ο Antonino ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε μας το παρείχε άμεσα και επιπλέον, επειδή η πτήση αναχώρησής μας ήταν απογευματινή, μας επέτρεψε με ευγένεια να παραμείνουμε στο χώρο όσο θέλαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Antonino! Arrivederci!

We had a wonderful few days at Sofia’s. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating spots to unwind. We really appreciated the outdoor space which offered a great area to eat and chill. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the cute & friendly dogs. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Sofia was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Sofia’s is just a 10-minute walk to a nearby beach and a short 5-minute drive to other beaches and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend!

A lovely, contemporary, comfortable home with great showers and comfortable beds. Our only issue was the distance from Noto, on a challenging road, which was much further than expected. Carlo and Stella went out of their way to respond to our needs.

Wir haben zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind / 3 Jahre) ca. eine Woche bei Alessandro verbracht und sehr genossen. Insbesondere die schattige Terrasse, umrahmt von einem wunderschön angelegten Garten, war ein toller Aufenthaltsort! Die Spielmöglichkeiten für unseren Sohn (Baumhaus, Schwimmbecken, Kletterbaum, Trampolin…) sind sehr gut angekommen :) besonders beeindruckend war Alessandros Hilfsbereitschaft! An unserem Abreisetag bemerkte er den platten Reifen an unserem Mietauto als erstes und besorgte direkt eine Reifenpumpe - damit hat er uns die Rückreise gerettet. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Alessandro!

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

Wie halten als Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Schön gelegen für Ausflüge und im Zweifel ist Noto, als wunderschönes kleines Städtchen direkt um die Ecke. Man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben, um die Unterkunft genießen zu können.

The apartment is full of character and is in a great location allowing you to easily walk to all of the wonderful attractions of Ortigia. Rita was a great hostess offering lots of advice and guidance. The apartment was really comfortable and we would love to go back for another visit. Thank you!

Sehr schöne wohnung in einem super Zustand. Wie auf den Bildern. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer fanden wir super da wir als pärchen privatsfähre hatten. Gastgebering super nett und hilfsbereit. Zu verbessern: Ich würde in neue Matratzen investieren, sind viel zu weich man versinkt im Bett. Zusätzlich würde ich noch jeweils weiche schlafkissen zur Verfügung stellen, die waren steinhart. Ansonsten alles perfekt und ich kann es empfehlen.

Die Wohnung bietet einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick und die beste Sunset-View. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants liegt und es etwas laut ist - vor allem Freitag und Samstag. Alberto ist super freundlich und ist uns immer entgegengekommen. Die Ausstattung ist super.

Il nostro soggiorno nell’appartamento di Giuseppe è stato semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è bellissimo: moderno, pulitissimo e dotato di una splendida terrazza privata, ideale per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità e godersi il tramonto. La posizione è centralissima: in pochi minuti si raggiunge il cuore della città. E poi c’è Giuseppe! Ospite eccezionale, incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto con caffè e acqua fresca, ci ha aiutato a organizzare ogni dettaglio, dal parrucchiere alla lavanderia, e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli preziosi. Non è mancato nemmeno il pane fresco, e come ciliegina sulla torta, abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare la famosa caponata preparata da sua mamma: deliziosa! Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile, che consigliamo con tutto il cuore. Ci tornerei subito! Grazie di tutto, Beppe

We had such a lovely stay at Casi in Noto. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you need for exploring Noto and the surrounding area of Sicily. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars for an aperitivo locally and in other parts of the region. Finding parking was easy but can imagine it would be harder in a more peak period. I will be recommending Casi to my friends and family as a must if staying in Sicily. Grazie mille, Francesco and Marilena.

Vi havde otte rigtig skønne dage i lejligheden! Vi kan kun anbefale at bo der, og vi kommer meget gerne igen! Den er helt, som man kan se på billederne. Tagterrassen er helt privat, og den er virkelig skøn og en stor luksus. Lejligheden er godt indrettet, og der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Og en stor luksus at have udsigt til vandet fra badet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og fleksibel. Man skal kunne gå på trapper for at kunne bo i lejligheden. Placeringen var også fin ift. Ortigia, der var fem-syv minutter derned. Vi ankom med toget, og lejligheden ligger to-tre minutter fra stationen, hvilket var helt perfekt. Vi spiste is hver dag på et lille lokale is-sted, der ligger 200 meter fra lejligheden; Viola Gelateria.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The welcome pack included coffe, tea, biscuits and a much appreciated bottle of prosecco. The two bedrooms face an internal courtyard and are very quiet. Very bright and airy rooms with a very well equipped kitchen and lovely views from the two balconies overlooking the street. Responses from the owner were very quick and included directing us to a great boat trip around the island and where to park. Overall absolutely wonderful.

Valentina was the most amazing host I've ever had! She texted back quickly, was flexible with check-in time and helped me with check-out. She is super cute, offered a city map and things I should go and do. She really made my holidays more relaxed. The apartment is without flaws. Superb location, everything clean, comfortable bed, really spacious and quiet.
