La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. The “Diaz Holiday home” is right in the heart of Syracuse, just 1.3 kilometers, more or less 10 minutes' walk from the Archaeological Park of Neapolis and 850 meters, 10 minutes’ walk from Ortigia. Diaz Holiday home, an apartment completely renovated, has a large dining area, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, three bedrooms with bathrooms inside, except for the cyclists room where the bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment.

Casa formica si trova a 20 metri da Corso Vittorio Emanuele, proprio nel centro storico di Noto,ristrutturata da poco tempo puo' ospitare un massimo di 4 persone,vi sono due camere da letto ed un divano letto ,un bagno in comune, box doccia e lavabiancheria,angolo cottura con fornelli a gas e forno ,gli animali domestici sono ben accetti.

The apartment is structured on two floors. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with bathroom e a living room with sofa bed. On the second floor there is a kitchen with a large terrace attached. Always on the second floor there is a small bathroom equipped with a toilet and shower.

Gli arredamenti moderni completamente nuovi. Si trova in Borgata , la città vecchia(Ortigia) dista 800 metri circa dall'alloggio. Causa Covid-19 si faranno prima le pulizie e dopo la sanificazione dell'ambiente.
