It is located in Pireotisa/Agia Triada, a peaceful and noise-free environment area of Symi's upper town (Chorio) overlooking undisturbed views to Aegean sea, Pedi Valley and islands beyond. The terrace offers stunning views and provides a serene escape at any time of the day, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and tranquility.

"Klimataria" Τraditional Ηouse with Panoramic View

A lovely traditional house for 2-3 persons (ideally a couple with a kid) on the highest part of Chorio, the oldest part of the village, with a beautiful panoramic view of the whole island and the two ports, from a theatrical square with an ancient plane tree. Ideal for quiet nights, listening to the cicadas, away from the hustle of Gialos, and for beautiful walks among the traditional village houses, a few steps away of the Archaeological Museum.

Houses in soft pastel colors are displayed on the hillside, set against a backdrop of rocky terrain. A clock tower stands prominently in the foreground, with outdoor seating areas visible. The calming blue of the sea contrasts with the vibrant homes, creating a serene coastal scene.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

The stone house is a house of Symi which combines elegance with tradition as long as it has the old 'musandra-bed' in which the residents of Symi used to host their loved ones!The house is located in the center of the village in the plain area next to the church of Agios Eleftherios with easy access to Gialos - Port and other beautiful destinations of the island!

Dora Mare | Euphrosyne

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

A stone pathway leads from an arched doorway to a serene beach view. Sun loungers are positioned on the pebbled shore, where calm waters reflect the surrounding cliffs and a sailboat is visible in the distance under a clear blue sky.
