Our 2 +1 houses, which are 200 meters from the center of Marmaris Selimiye and the sea, have balconies, air conditioning, kitchen and kitchen utensils, tea and coffee machines, hot water and a large garden. Our houses have sea, nature and mountain views. Our priority is the satisfaction of our valued guests. In Casa di Luka, with two bedrooms and a saloon with an open kitchen you always feel the breeze and touch the sea. You may cook while staring at the sea or you may take a nap. You can take a walk along the shore or free dive through shore line.

Söğüt Veranda Saranda - Garden Suite

Veranda Saranda Our apartment, which we have prepared with great care for the 2023 season, is located in a private garden. Our house, which has a stunning sea view, is decorated in a minimalist style. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. There is a seating group in the garden. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and only 2 minutes away if you prefer to drive.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
