This restored property near the church of Agios Athanassios at Chorion, used to be the house of a Symi folk painter, who decorated it with his unique style and painted in yellow ochre and indigo tones. During the restoration, all the original decorative features were carefully preserved. This studio also features a traditional stove and a cistern. Spacious apartment With a sea view that will fill your eyes with infinite blue, located in the Pitini area, the apartment is less than 500 meters from the port. It is equipped with all comforts, great for both a family and a group of friends. With five beds, it consists of: a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms, two large terraces, one overlooking the sea. The host is part of a family of traditional sailors whose watchword is “hospitality.”

We loved our stay at the Townhall Apartments in Symi. The apartment is spacious, well designed and has everything you need for your stay on the island. In terms of location it is right by the port and only a short walk away from the nearby restaurants, bars, shops, taxi boats and beaches. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Symi and would be very happy to stay here again!

Great location with quiet surrounds. The property has everything you need for a short and comfortable stay in Symi. Early check in was able to be accommodated for us and storage of our bags which was a great help.

Symi is a magical place and this apartment is the perfect place to experience it! The apartment is so nice and the location could not be better, with the most wonderful view of the harbour. We received a very warm welcome and the host was very easy to communicate with. We wished we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back!

My wife and daughter stayed safely. And they rented a car. They visited the whole island, George was very supportive. The house was clean and cool. Access without stairs, convenient transportation . Close to ferry grocery store. After 10 days, my wife wanted to take me to the same place, but I couldn't find a place this time because the demand was high. We will go again and again

Beautiful stylish home with great hosts and a fantastic location. Isabelle Et Francois were wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. Local tips were spot on and look forward to returning to both Symi and their place.

Ioannis' property was just as the description & photos described. Location was just down from where 'Sea Dreams' ferry arrived. Evaggelia was happy for us to leave our bags downstairs at her apartment which is the other side of Ioannis' apartment, as we arrived before the apartment was cleaned. Absolute highlight was the balcony!!! We loved sitting after the sun went over the hill & before it appeared in the mornings!!🌄 Watching the various watercraft come & go each evening & morning was fabulous entertainment!⛵ Kitchen had plenty of crockery & adequate kitchen, though for our 2 person 2nt stay, we ate out everytime! Do yourself a favour & book a Poseidon round-island day cruise - absolutely amazing & the lunch was the best meal we've had in Greece!!! Will miss Ioannis' apartment everyday till we can return! Highly recommend!

Vavana Studios - Liako

Very nice room, quiet, clean and practical. The location is great: at the center of Gyalos, next to the taxi boats, the supermarkets and the restaurants. Everything inside the room is tasteful and well thought of. Lefteris is very kind and responsive. He helped us a lot with our very early arrival and our late ckeck-out. We will be definitely staying here again when we come back to Symi!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment and Takis and Ecaterina were so welcoming. Takis met us at the port on arrival in Symi and also provided a service to bring us to the port when we were leaving. It is a beautiful location and so clean with all the facilities provided and a lovely touch was the wine and biscuits on arrival. We will definitely return to Pedi on Symi island one day and would definitely recommend this apartment. It is spacious, clean and with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Great place to relax and just chill out. There is a great bus service from Pedi to Symi and the bus stop is within easy walking distance from the apartment. Some nice restaurants in Pedi also within easy walking distance.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic—right near a taxi rank, which made it very convenient to get to Rhodes Old Town (just 10 minutes away) or explore further afield. We had a wonderful time! The flat is even better than in the pictures. The pool with the view is just incredible. Bed is comfy and the Communication was super easy and helpful. The area is also great and quiet with good options to eat. Thank you and we will come back!
