Barn1686 is located in the quiet village of Borgonovo, surrounded by stunning mountains. Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.

Hochwertiges Loft, in einer 300 Jahre alten Stall, wir haben den Heuboden ausgebaut WC und Dusche separat. Direkt an Skipiste, Wander- und Bikewege. Sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört nur die Vögel zwitschern und den Brunnen plätschert. Sehr gute Zufahrt mit dem Auto.
