Our stay at this wonderful house was absolutely incredible, exceeding all expectations. The house is not only extremely comfortable but also even better than the photos suggest. Every single detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a truly well-equipped and inviting home. We spent two wonderful weeks here and felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The amenities, cleanliness, and cozy atmosphere made our stay effortless and enjoyable. Gary, is outstanding—responsive, generous, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness added so much to the experience. Kudos to this amazing place and host! Loved our stay, truly beautiful home and perfect for our family (2 adult couples couples and a family of 3 with 6 year old). Child friendly with safe bedding and available books and toys to play with. Great location 5 minutes from train station and 2 blocks walk from COOP grocery store. A few things to get used to as being from USA appliances are slightly different, but we knew that ahead of time. Also thankful for the previous review that mentioned needing to buy additional toilet paper if staying more than a few days, it was easy to pick up with our groceries. Hosts were very responsive and kind with the questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will remember our trip fondly and our stay here.

Unique house with stunning views and great character

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping. You can do so much - sports, hiking, cycling, lake, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

We came here for our honeymoon and I will never forget how magical this place was! The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to the turquoise lake and surrounding mountains was unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The location was peaceful yet close enough to explore nearby towns and hikes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature yet close enough to exciting experiences! 10/10!!

A fantastic retreat right on the lake – with plenty of privacy, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The lovingly renovated house impresses with its original furnishings and its very own charm. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and play. Particularly practical is the location: shopping, public transport and beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible (also on foot). All around a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect airbnb for your stay on lake Lugano!

Carole's place is perfectly located, right on the lake and right by the beach of Lutry. The seaside resort is very pretty and has a good infrastructure. Along the lake you can walk in a short time to the pretty town and reach cafes and restaurants. The train station and grocery stores are also within a short walking distance. The accommodation is "small but nice" and offers a large, well-equipped terrace with wonderful lake views. Carole is a charming host who gave us helpful information and provided us with things we didn't have with us. We would come back to stay anytime.

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

The house is beautiful. Giulio is a very helpful host and if you need help he will be there immediately. Great area to go hiking. Gladly come again!

Christine's house is a real haven of peace, with a beautiful garden where the children were able to play while the adults enjoyed themselves. Close to shops (Coop, bakery) as well as trains and boats, this house was very convenient and in a good location. 15-20 minutes from the beach on foot (with children). The beds were good quality and there was everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this warm and comfortable place.

We had a wonderful long weekend. Peaceful location, very well-equipped chalet. The hot tub and sauna are an incredible perk. Numerous hiking opportunities in the area. The kitchen is very small but fully equipped. The small fridge seems a little tired and it's hard to adjust. Nicolas is very responsive and guided us to start the hot tub. He also responded very quickly when we discovered a water leak in the cellar. Friendly contact. We hope to come back, why not in winter!

Super easy to reach, super clean, super location, super nice and super fast felt at home. Our little dog Tari was also thrilled and welcome. We will be happy to come back anytime.

My sister and I spent two super beautiful days with Cyril with our nine children. The accommodation has everything you need, including Spices, salt, dishwashing detergent, etc., was clean and the gallery was very suitable for the kids to stay overnight. We also enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi in the garden with the many garden furniture and play facilities. The kids could be as loud as they wanted and listen to and play music. Cyril is very straightforward. It must be said that the house and the furniture and partly also things in the garden have become outdated. But that didn't bother us.

Wonderful host, Gulten and her son were both amicable, welcoming, helpful, flexible, and very communicative. I wholeheartedly recommend this host if you need a comfortable and calm place to stay close to Zurich !

We had great days at the place, it was very tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were not very lucky with the weather, but we were able to use the "TV room" extensively. They always responded very quickly to our questions and we felt in great hands. The small swimming area is a highlight and I could still use the SUP boards, it was a lot of fun.

The place was ideal for 2 couples with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was there and more. It was clean and it had a spacious terrace with a one million dollar view. Well-equipped kitchen, wood for fireplace were ready. Christoph gave us tips and he was accommodating at check-in and checkout. Thank you for the lovely stay - we will be happy to come back.

There were five of us. All persons between 60 and 87 years of age. The house really has everything you want - from the furnishings, to the kitchen and bathroom amenities, to the beautiful garden with the magnificent view. There was nothing missing! We were personally welcomed and instructed by Paul and Silvia and therefore immediately felt very comfortable. Due to the central location of the accommodation in the "Sopra Ceneri", excursions to the entire canton are possible within a short time. We recommend arriving by car. Thanks to the charging station for electric vehicles, you have enough "juice" in the battery every morning, even for longer trips. We are already looking forward to the next visit and thank you very much!

The place was very spacious, well furnished and very clean. The location is also very good. The booking, check-in, on-site support and check-out all worked out very well. It is a gorgeous and very calm place to stay. It looks exactly like the pictures! Lake is nearby, you can reach after 10 min walk, also very clean and well maintained, water is very clear, perfect for families with children. I can only recommend it! Hopefully we can spend some nice days there again ☺️🥂
