Vacation rentals with a patio in Świnoujście

Super modern, luxuriously renovated apartment in a block area. Everything clean, and superbly equipped (coffee pods, towels,...) Easy and fast communication with the host. The location seemed a bit off the beaten path and not very touristy, but you can walk to the harbor in 10 minutes and to the beach in 30 minutes, supermarkets and the Polish market are also around the corner. By car, it's all just a stone's throw away and there was enough parking space. The apartment is a little smaller, so two rooms: Dining room, kitchen and bedroom. And a second bedroom with a small desk. But the space is used superbly. The stay was great, happy to come back :)

We stayed with a child and a dog in the beautiful apartment and can absolutely recommend it. The apartment is well equipped, you feel right at home, everything was very clean and we were able to relax wonderfully. The communication went smoothly and we also had a contact person on site. We would book the place again anytime.

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had an incredibly great view directly to the sea. The apartment is located a bit outside, which makes it very quiet. The stay is well suited with child(ren), due to the adjoining playroom and the pool as well as the immediately adjacent beach.

The apartment with large garden met our expectations and gave us a pleasant stay in Dziwnów. The hosts always proactively sought contact and were really very eager to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Which we were at all times! What we really liked was the private and very well-maintained complex and that our dog was also warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back :-)

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our short trip very much. You had a beautiful lake right in front of the door and lots of greenery around it. The apartment was super furnished and everything you needed was there. We just wanted to know how to turn off the heating in the bedroom, as it unfortunately had no regulator and ran permanently. A personal highlight was the very cuddly cat that visited us every day. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

The apartment is unique. Well-equipped. A 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. The free pool area makes a big difference! Dziwnów is a great place for further excursions to the Isle of Usage to Germany, to the Wolin National Park or to the Krasibór Island. Michael - the owner, was at every call... Our winter stay was wonderful. We recommend adventures at Baltic Nest.

Quietly located, clean & modern apartment. Great communication with the host! By car, the property is 10 minutes away from the beach. (Very far on foot, doable by bike) We were satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

We stayed with Aleksandra for two nights and were positively surprised when we entered the accommodation. The apartment was just as nice and modernly furnished as in the photos. Very high quality equipped and extremely clean. Directly at the apartment there is a cozy terrace with outdoor couch and on the roof of the building there was a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna at our disposal. Also there is very clean, well maintained and modern. Communication with Aleksandra was also impeccable. During the booking, we made an error that would only have been corrected by a paid cancellation, but both Aleksandra and the AirBNB customer service were very accommodating and responded to our requests. We will be happy to come back.

We were with friends for holidays at this place. It’s cosy and quiet. The location is perfect. Nearby is a grocery store. You can get to the beach in 15 min by bike. The owner is really friendly.

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

Thank you, Iwona, for letting us use your house. Everything was great from the beginning, the short walk to the beach was also very quiet and relaxing. Luckily, it only rained one day and then it was very cozy behind the house. Pure tranquility. This is what a short trip should be like.

Accommodation was all around great. We had all 4 house halves rented at the same time and were able to get together optimally as a whole family. There was also a lot of space in the outdoor area for the children to play, as well as a sandbox. It was easy to duel at the same time. The accommodation itself was equipped with all necessary utensils, especially in the kitchen. Board games, partly a Wii games console and TV for quiet evenings were also in stock. In the outdoor area, you could also find space to eat very well with all people. There was no common space or the like, but it was easy to get together in the individual living areas. Sun loungers and very good, intact umbrellas were also available. The contact with the host was impeccable. Super fast and extremely friendly communication via the app, WA and telephony was possible. A very nice place for the extended family!

Absolutely great vacation, the kids really enjoyed the garden with all the amenities and a lot of toys, and my husband and I had a beautiful game of billiards and ping pong... great location in nature,away from the hustle and bustle of the city, to the beach a few minutes by car or bike. For us amazing, we will be happy to come back. He was very kind. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay and top owners !We stayed at the place for a weekend now in March and we loved it. Super nice house, great amenities and quiet location. But still central to get anywhere quickly. Thomas was always available and very helpful when it came to recommendations or questions. We will definitely be back and definitely want to repeat and experience the experience again. Thank you.

Kasia and Piotr's place is modern and cozy, right next to a scenic lake in a quiet village. It was the perfect getaway from the loud city over New Year's for my partner and me, another couple, and our 2 dogs. The garden is completely fenced and the mini spa with sauna and hot tub is right next door. At the time of our stay, there were some minor issues with the electricity, but Piotr always responded right away, even though our stay was over the holidays. We received clear instructions on how to get things resolved and how to use the spa properly. We'd recommend the cottage to anyone who seeks to escape the hustle and bustle and wouldn't mind some extra wellness time on top.

We had a wonderful stay in Johannes's beautiful apartment in the quiet and tranquil Loddin on Usedom! The top furnished new building exudes a homely, warm atmosphere in which we (two adults, two children) felt at home from the beginning. Especially the spacious living and dining area is the center of the apartment – perfect for relaxing and being together. The two modern full baths are ideal, especially for families, and have made our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen is also superbly equipped – there is really nothing missing that you need to cook or enjoy. Everything is high quality and tastefully decorated, just as promised in the description. The communication with Johannes was always quick, straightforward and very appreciative – a real plus! We loved it and will definitely be back. A clear recommendation to those looking for a nice stay on Usedom!

We were in this great place with two families (4 adults, 3 children: 6, 5 and 2 years). The condo is huge and offers a lot of space even for two families. It's excellently equipped and we haven't missed anything. The whole area and the location of the condo right to the pool is great for children. The path to the beach can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes with children. There is a small bakery and a supermarket on the way (larger supermarket not far as well). We liked it so much that we will definitely come back. Thanks to Monika for the great time!

A wonderful place that immediately feels like home. Thoughtful touches like extra toothbrushes, smart tech for the entire place ( like a beamer for movie night) and an excellently equipped kitchen. Best of all - a short walk to the gorgeous beach.
