Vacation rentals with beach access in Świnoujście

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

It's a dream come true! The apartment is simply fantastic – super stylishly furnished, with a lot of love for detail and exactly as shown in the pictures! The location is perfect – in the center, everything is within walking distance. But the absolute highlight for me was the spa area – simply wow! A place to switch off and enjoy. I felt totally comfortable from the first moment. Communication was great, check-in uncomplicated – I will definitely come back!

The stay was just great! The place was just as beautiful as pictured – super clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything. The view was amazing! The location was perfect: quiet, yet close to everything important. The car was secured with a roller door, which gave a good feeling. I would like to thank the host for the good communication – quick, uncomplicated and very helpful and despite our late arrival everything worked out wonderfully. You felt immediately welcome. I would come back anytime and highly recommend this place! Small tip: a small step for the little guests in the bathroom to reach the sink would be great. thank you very much!!!

Best location, with terrace as well as easy and fast communication with a very friendly and accommodating host! We spent an extended weekend with our children in Michal's apartment and were positively surprised by the service even before check-in. Effortless parking in the underground garage on site and final cleaning included in the price… Excellent… if possible, we would like to move back into Michal's apartment. Best regards to the host!

Eva's apartment is very clean and nicely furnished, the electrical appliances in the kitchen are high-quality, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient. The amenities of the accommodation are fine and you can also sit in the garden as well as in the beach chair, which is not far from the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Marcel is an excellent host, communication was excellent from start to finish. The apartment is great, everything was clean and very well maintained. It is equipped with everything you need, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There's even a dishwasher, which we didn't need or didn't use. The location is great too. Everything is within walking distance (city 15 min., beach 20 minutes, market 5 minutes). We can only recommend the apartment and Marcel as a host.

It was one of the best stays I've had! The location is a real highlight – the beach is just a stone's throw away. The apartment is very nice and cozily furnished and equipped with everything that makes the stay very pleasant. The balcony in the apartment is very welcoming, equipped with furniture, and at the very top there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Ania and Sebastian are really great! They were always very helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be back for a longer stay – it's the perfect place to relax!

Alicja and her family were very friendly. Communication was through the Google translator. Arrival and departure worked out great and there is nothing to complain about. Next time in Poland, we'd love to come back :)

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

Thank you, Iwona, for letting us use your house. Everything was great from the beginning, the short walk to the beach was also very quiet and relaxing. Luckily, it only rained one day and then it was very cozy behind the house. Pure tranquility. This is what a short trip should be like.

We were on a team trip with nine people for about a week to make a common strategy and hold workshops - I would recommend this place to anyone! An incredibly beautiful place to stay, right near the forest with an absolutely underrated connection directly to a beach section that you really have to yourself. The house is flooded with light and beautiful and still offers enough space to spend time in smaller groups.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

We spent New Year's Eve here as a group of friends and were very satisfied. It was very clean and has a unique charm. We felt very comfortable and had a few nice days. The house is quiet despite the wooden floors and old doors, so sleeping in is possible despite so many people in the house. The kitchen is a little small when fully occupied and requires a little coordination but is fully functional. The large living room with fireplace invites you to linger. The three bathrooms were very clean and offered enough space for so many people. We can highly recommend the place.

The place is very nice and cozy. The kitchen is super well equipped, nothing is missing here! There is not much in the area, but the walk to the beach through the forest is beautiful and it is just the right thing if you want to get out for a few days.

Very nice hotel complex with guarded entrance! Apartment is as in the photos, very clean, very tidy. Perfect for people who want it a little quieter! Shopping is just under 1 km away so within walking distance. The beach is the highlight, a short walk there, and there is also a bar on the beach! We can really recommend the apartment

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Very friendly, considerate hosts. The homemade currant jelly was delicious and we were able to enjoy breakfast in the beach chair for 6 days in super weather. The car is not needed. Usedom explored by bike (great tips through flyers and 2 beautiful books with favorite places on Usedom were in the apartment) Parking right in front of the door Bicycles safely accommodated. Great amenities in the apartment, nothing was missing. Although we had 30 degrees the apartment was cool!Very pleasant for sleeping and nice and quiet. Shopping a few minutes by bike. The Rewemarkt extremely good sortiert.Strand/Promenade in 5 minutes by bike (E-bike) accessible. Movie screen on the beach - great restaurants/cafe/bike paths/music everywhere varied/sweet little shops. Great vacation with Enrico and his family. THANK YOU!!
