Soak up the space of the double-height, vaulted atrium hallway and unwind on the snug balcony. - 2 double bedrooms - both with double beds and fully equipped with bed linen and towels - Open Plan Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster and kettle and generous crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - Open Plan ding/living room with dining table and chairs for six, two comfortable sofas and coffee table -Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, sink and WC. The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable with space to relax. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. Being close to the river there are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is accessed cosy v compact space which includes a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

Swan Cottage Two bedroom holiday home in Swavesey.

Welcome to your stay in Swan Cottage in the historic High Street of the Village of Swavesey to the West of Cambridge just off the A14. A two bedroom house sleeping a family of four. Strictly no smoking in entire house and garden Animals yes but not allowed upstairs. We feel the house is only suitable for children over six and grownups who can manage stairs easily on their own. The stairs have a turn at the lower step and the treads taper to one side. We do not have child gates fitted.
