A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. A 20 minute drive to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

Gazing from the shepherds hut or private decking area at stunning sunsets over the lake and the abundance of birds and wildlife you probably will not want to leave these idyllic natural surroundings. It is only 1 mile from the pretty riverside town of Wareham where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the eateries or relax at the rivers edge.

Ower Farm Yurt located on a beautiful rural farm overlooking Poole Harbour on The Isle of Purbeck Dorset. The Yurt has been specially designed by a local Yurt maker and is made of highest quality materials. Light, spacious and airy with a domed roof allowing natural light in and positioned in a cool area of this beautiful farm surrounded by animals and nature. Guests can order a Full English breakfast and have it delivered unlimited fresh coffee/tea pot at an additional cost of £12.50pp

Stylish, beautifully decorated with king-size bed and a stunning en-suite shower room in Swanage. Located on a quiet residential road near the hospital and is a 10 minute walk down hill to the shops, restaurants , pubs and the beach. The Garden Room is at rear of main house and has its own front door and separate entrance so guests come and go as they please. Designated outside seating ( up steps). Parking on site. Continental hamper breakfast is provided. Check in 3pm checkout 10.00am.

The Barn - peaceful country setting.

A converted barn at Cann Common next to the main house with its own garden, patio and parking area. Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. Shaftesbury just over a mile with its historic Gold Hill and a good choice of shops and places to eat. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

Located on the high street you’re surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants, a stones throw away from Poole quay and baiter park just 5 mins walk. The house itself has so much character with a mix of original and modern furniture, high ceilings and a stunning roll top bath.
