Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Swan River

What a great place ! Well equipped, had everything we need and want including the bodyboards (loved it !) Location was superb ***** We had trouble with locking and unlocking the door, when locking ourselves out I managed to get hold of Caroline to give us a new code. She was very helpful and told us about the local restaurants that had deals on. Also having parking was really good as it can get very very busy ! All in all had an amazing time and was sad to leave !

Lovely place in an affluent suburb near the river. Convenient location. Clean and tidy new unit. Comfy mattress.

It was a great stay! Super close to the beach. Lay out is a little weird, you enter through the 2nd bedroom so if you have kids that need a nap you can’t have someone coming and going. Amazing location though! We loved our stay

From the moment we arrived, the apartment exceeded all our expectations. The tasteful interior design, premium furnishings, and attention to detail created a truly exceptional stay. The space was immaculately clean with all the amenities one could ask for. What truly elevated our experience was the incredible staff. They were proactive, professional, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a premium Airbnb experience within the Applecross area.

The location was perfect and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The furniture matched the luxurious feel of the building and it was very comfortable. Manaa Living were very accommodating when we needed to extend our booking and made the whole process very easy.

I cannot thank the team enough both me and my husband travel quite often and have stayed in most luxury hotels in Sydney , Melbourne and Perth. The apartments managed by this team are absolutely pristine and impeccably furnished. We have stayed with Manaa Living twice and when we had to extend our stay, they were very accommodating. Definitely my number one choice when travelling to Perth

Staying at Anna & Ian's place was amazing. We needed a place to recover from a serious injury after a hospital stay and Anna & Ian were amazing hosts. The proximity to the hospital was greatly appreciated as we had to go back and forth on numerous occasions. The adjustable bed in the Master bedroom was exactly what we needed to be comfortable. The easy access to the shower was very helpful, too. The kitchen was fantastic with top of the line German appliances, which were easy to use. The outdoor mood lighting was a lovely feature at night. We cannot highly enough recommend to stay at Anna and Ian's place .

We had a lovely holiday whilst staying here. Ron was very responsive any time I messaged him, even in the evenings. Would definitely recommend. We stayed with 2 children, 1.5 year old and a 3.5 year old. The garden was a lovely open space for scooters and toys. The pool was lovely, and the grass round to the side was also lovely. Brilliant location for walks to the beach and a couple of coffee shops. There were multiple travel cots, would recommend bringing extra padding for the mattress’s though, and also warm clothing, socks and thick pj’s etc as there is no heating apart from the electric heaters. Also would recommend bringing some sort of straps for the high chair as there aren’t any and can be easy for the child to stand up. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The house was spotless, new, spacious, it had everything you would need. Loved our welcome package also...Thank you very much! The house is in the most perfect location being walking distance to Optus Stadium, the Casino, the Swan River and other restaurants. We will be back to stay again!

Great stay for our race team. It was clean and the perfect placement. Internet could do with a tune up but that abouts it.

We enjoyed our stay at Edward’s place when visiting family nearby. It was convenient and clean and as described.

The apartment had all we needed to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. A good range of quality utensils and cookware are provided. The 2 plate burner, microwave and air fryer worked very well for cooking. The outdoor seating area made our stay even more comfortable and added well to our living space. The outside kitchen worked well too. A lovely sanctuary. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet place near Fremantle.

The place was tidy, in a convenient location, and communication was excellent. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even smoother.
