Welcome to the "Blue Lagoon on the Canal". Located in Mariner's Cove and comprises of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom including ensuite master bedroom with its own private pool over looking the canal and own private jetty. The space The house is newly constructed with rendered brick and tile. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the pool overlooking the canal. This property is sure to entertain and be enjoyed by everyone. Bedding configuration consists of 3 Queen beds and 2 King Single beds with ducted heated/cool air conditioning through out makes it comfortable sleeping for 8 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen includes a scullery or use the outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun and have a dip in the pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. This house is designed to entertain family & friends of all ages including children. A portable cot & high chair provided. Outside: The whole backyard outside area is paved and is fully fenced by glass panels. The front of the house is fenced with aluminium slats with some grassed area that is reticulated and some paving. The house has a lock up double garage with a sectional remote controlled door. This property has CCTV security system around the perimeter of the house. Please note a damage deposit of $800 is due when booking
