Villa vacation rentals in Swan River

Was perfect location for what we were needing, lovely home. Only downfall no fault of owners whom dont live there to know ..was kids could not watch tv as remote not working as should.

Great location. House exactly as advertised. Clean/tidy. Prompt communication. Definitely recommend.

Had a great stay at Sam’s place. The location is epic - just a short walk to the beach, and on a quiet street away from the main busyness. The outdoor patio is very nice for enjoying the sun. Bed was comfortable. Sam was very communicative and quick to respond. Would recommend if you’re looking to stay in Scarborough!

Everything was perfect - great location, nice neighbourhood. The accommodation has everything we needed, spacious, and clean. Will definately use again.

Peaceful and private location. Close to airport, 30 minutes to Freemantle, close to Westfield shopping centre and close to many food options. Easy to communicate with host and very responsive. Very clean kitchen , bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable beds, plenty of linen. Easy check in to property. Would definitely stay again!

Any other rating than 5 stars would not do the accommodation justice. Everything was clean, lovingly furnished and absolutely sufficient for 2 people. The attention to detail (from the towels‘ color to the WLAN password) that has been put into this accommodation makes you feel at home from the very first second! The host Emily was super friendly and proactive to make sure we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. Everything was just perfect! I can really warmly recommend this accommodation.

Vikki's place is highly recommended, it is right at victoria park where you have access to many restaurants & shops. It is also not far to get to city with driving. The place itself is very quiet, clean, exactly like the photos. Bed is very comfortable, shower room is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Would return again on my next Perth trip. Thanks Vikki !

I liked staying here, it was nice. The villa was tidy and I thought the decorations were cool. The outdoor seating is a cosy spot to relax and also the lake just down the road is a lovely place for a walk.

We had a lovely mini holiday with our dog, long walks in the bush, swim in the pool, quiet and relaxing.

Just had my second great stay at Abel's place. Fantastic location, quiet neighbours, everything is comfortable and clean and excellent host. Hard pressed to find a place this nice + great lad hosting. Highly recommend

The place was spotless and very comfortable. Communication from the hosts was excellent, and they went above and beyond by leaving snacks, coffee, tea and milk for us. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Jeff’s villa was absolutely incredible. We were a group of nine, and the space was perfect for our family—comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like home. Jeff was an outstanding host: quick to respond, helpful with any questions, and always made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening. If you're planning a trip to WA, I can’t recommend Jeff’s place highly enough. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Laura and Paul were very helpful and responsive to our messages and were very helpful with any queries we had. The house was great. It was clean and tidy and just what we needed!! Would recommend staying here to everyone, I will definitely stay here again if I was back in the area. Cheers

I really can't speak highly enough about every aspect of our stay. A stunning property with everything you could wish for and more. The hosts were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. They welcomed us and our family, who live nearby, with such kindness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so at home and comfortable. Would highly recommend everything about Chester Villa and the lovely hosts. We will miss is all so much and will be hopefully returning soon. Thank you Jennifer and Bob.

Wayne or Erin’s place was very spacious, more that we imagined. It’s a shared house with other people living in the house and it’s working as a little hostel with very specific rules. Didn’t really felt in a « Airbnb » vibe, it was a business but that was fine for what we were looking for. It was very clean and the room was comfy, that is what matters, I recommend it :)

Sarah and her husband are awesome hosts. Wow there doggie is such a magnificent house mate. To stay here was so relaxing and convenient to everywhere. You won't regret staying with Sarah. If are feeling lonely you won't for long the doggie will give you heaps of affectionate.

An absolutely wonderful stay and allowed for me and my mates to settle in to Perth wonderfully and extremely comfortably. The place is super clean and the hosts are super responsive and attentive. would definitely recommend for a week or longer stay.

The location is convenient, 4 minutes walk to supermarket and small shops and restaurants, very close to the airport and not far to go to the city, the host is friendly.

Martin was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Enjoyed our stay very much. It was more like staying in someone's home than an ordinary rental, such was the quality of furnishings, appliances, ornaments, etc. And it's really handy for Coles!

I highly recommend Robert’s place! It’s in a great location (5 minute walk to the beach!), is very spacious, clean and has lots of amenities. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and was flexible with my check in which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Perth!
