Private suite vacation rentals in Swan River

Karen and Terry’s guest suite was a great place to stay at. It has a private entrance and we had an entire home to ourselves (family of 4). Their place is a short walk away from what seems like a popular cafe, and there’s a great local fish and chips shop too. There’s also a playground and lake a short walk away, really great for families to be at. Our girls were sad to have to leave. Thank you once again Karen and Terry :)

We loved everything on this air BnB; from the super nice spacious bathroom including a wonderful bath and shower, to the soft bed sheets in the bedroom and the lounge area with all facilities to make a quick breaky or other meal (also provided; oats, coffee, fruit). It was so nice to have space, was way more like an apartment than just a room. Annette really put a lot of effort in all the details; from nice shampoo and conditioner to bath oil, little chocolates in the fridge. Really makes you feel like home 💫 With nice weather you can even jump in the pool in garden next to the air BnB. It was also super private because you are at the back of the house. Annette and Pete were really friendly, helpful and attentive as well 🥰 We highly recommend this air BnB and definitely will be back when in Perth!

This was our second visit - and just as wonderful as the first. Kay is a generous and kind host, who pays great attention to detail. We very much appreciated the wine and other provisions. She lent us rain jackets and was responsive to all our needs. Beautiful location, with an easy walk to the beach and to local coffee shops and restaurants. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful place. Very clean. Smells good. Very comfortable spacious beds. Well equipped kitchen. Unit has everything needed for daily living. Good office table. Great location. Walkable to Westfield. Very short drive to the river. Very responsive and friendly host. Must say that it was funny that whoever is cooking can also see the person showering. But, can always close the kitchen door. Had to adjust to light sensored area as I usually try to minimise light when going to the toilet in the night. But, it was a small adjustment. Overall, an amazing place and very convenient.

Wonderful stay! The place was cozy, spotless, and perfectly located, close to all the action in Fremantle yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Lorraine was great to communicate with and very respectful of our privacy. Thanks for having us!

Jane was a perfect host. We had clear instructions before we traveled and she was around if we needed anything. The location was an ideal base for us to visit family and travel further afield. The property was very well equipped and we felt very much at home in the 35 days we were there. I’d highly recommend Jane and this property.

We only stayed for a day, but Maureen made us feel so welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the guest suite was. Would definitely love to stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with all the amenities described. Peaceful surrounding and walkable to the beach. Dan was very responsive. would happily stay there again in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay. Sue & Keith were terrific hosts, very welcoming and helpful. There BNB was spotless, very quiet, had everything you wanted, had plenty of space for 2 people, kitchen facilities were very clean and modern. Was close to walking facilities, parks had a lovely walking trail, you get down there early enough in the morning you will see kangaroos, ducks etc. Was close to shops, restaurants and everything you need. We really enjoyed staying at Whare Iti our stay was for 16 nights, the house was very comfortable, clean & felt like a home from home, it had everything you needed & we enjoyed having the odd BBQ. We had a car but you can easily walk to swan river & visit cafes & restaurants down by the river side. Then it’s about a 20-30 minute walk along the river into Fremantle. What a gorgeous space! Dianna thoughtfully left the light on as I was arriving late. Conveniently located near the UWA campus, cafe’s & restaurants. Would absolutely book again.

A beautiful space filled with lovely things literally across the road from the beach and stunning sunsets. The area has so much to explore and fun things to do. Anna and Michael were friendly, helpful and considerate. After staying there for a month, it literally felt like we were leaving home.

If I could give 6stars I would! Even the sofa couch was comfortable to sleep on. Definitely will be back without kids to enjoy the beautiful park across the road.

Staying in the neighbourhood of Jolimont and getting to know Helen and Neil are definitely one of the precious moments in Perth. Helen and Neil are very responsive, friendly and helpful. The house is really cozy, spacious, clean and comfy. All the thoughtful ideas we found in every little corner makes us feel like living in a home with Aussie hygge. Love how we started every morning by waking up with birds chirping and the neighbourhood has nice parks and lake for exercise or jogging. Recommend to anyone who loves to explore more of Perth, and I wish that I could visit here again soon!

Lovely stay at Sally place, her friends that were house sitting for her were very friendly and kind. Both Sally and her friends gave us plenty of recommendations and things to do. Sally responds to message quickly and efficiently. Her house made our trip memorable, felt right at home.

We absolutely loved staying at Louisa’s place ! It was beautifully appointed as well as being a very easy walk to the beach , beach path and the gorgeous South Beach and Fremantle Shops and restaurants. It was easy to grab a ferry for a day at Rottnest and just as easy to grab a train into Kings Park with a stop over at Cottesloe Beach on the way home . We had a hire car but it was never used in the four days we were there !

I had a really lovely stay at Sue’s Mini House. The place was cosy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The instructions were super clear, and Sue was always kind and helpful. Location was peaceful but still close enough to everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Located close to Kalamunda and surrounding hills areas which suited us. The unit was very comfortable with a very pleasant outlook. All the facilities in the unit were as listed with freshly baked bread to topped it off. Thank you Linda and Brian.
