Very scenic, beautiful home. Steve was always very helpful. And even recommended us some local places. Great place! We had an awesome time!

From the mountains, the quiet surroundings, the privacy, this place was beautiful and well worth the money. We didn’t eat out once we used the kitchen and having the double oven helped so much. The air conditioning was ice cold in the best way! It was warm outside and after a day of traveling, walking into the nice cold place was awesome! We do a yearly vacation and every time the hot tub was broke so we didn’t have high expectations for this one but it worked great just took some time to get real warm. If you ever decide to come to the Sylva area this place is a great pick! Also, the owners checking in on us a lot to make sure we were enjoying our stay and they were there if we had any questions or concerns. Definitely look into this place! Just make sure you have 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway.

Perfect! Our two families plus doggos couldn't have found a more perfect place to relax amid the mountains on our white water rafting trip. The view from the porch and the hot tub was mesmerizing whether at night when you could see SO MANY STARS or during a sunset or even a misty morning. Everything was as or better than described, and Kent was super attentive and really nice to communicate with. The media loft was perfect for us and our kids (10, 11, 13, & 14) to kick back and stream a movie. Plenty of room for everyone. We'll definitely try to get back here. You won't be disappointed!

This cottage is beautifully situated among gorgeous mountain views from the front porch and hot tub! The open design facilitates cozy gatherings around the large kitchen. The two beds have high quality mattresses for sound sleeping, and the cottage’s charm is felt throughout the house. Feel right at home in the Great Smokies and enjoy the peacefulness of Lake Santeetlah.

Very beautiful location. View is worth everything. First level has one bedroom and a one bedroom loft both with en-suites. Downstairs is an adorable total suite with bed, large bathroom, small sitting area, bar table and seats, microwave, coffee, small refrigerator. Wifi is slow. Host worked with us but unfortunately we ended up doing classwork and work needs at the coffee shop in Franklin for internet speed.

Great stay! The place was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, which was really helpful. The host was easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

This is our third visit to lovely, peaceful Waterrock! It did happen to coincide with the havoc Hurricane Helene wreaked on Western North Carolina which was a little scary but over all we were extremely safe within this gorgeous, good vibes home. Our Host Tama is an absolute angel of a human. Tama was in constant contact with us before, during, and after the storms. Tama is kind, patient, and helpful. Even without power we still had running water! The gas stove was also clutch. As always, the wood-fired hot tub was the highlight of our stay, it’s the dreamiest experience ever, you absolutely must try it! We celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary up here and wow is it one to remember! Also grateful to have our fur baby doggies with us. I adore Waterrock! We love it so much and we love Tama! We highly enjoy this magical oasis to any nature lovers looking for a peaceful, private escape. ❤️

We had a fabulous time with our family! Every possible cooking utensil you could think of was provided and plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses etc! The fireplace was excellent and kids loved the game room! But the best part was the creek and the sounds of the rushing water! Truly amazing and so nice to unplug and make memories the old fashioned way! Thank you for the hospitality and a wonderful trip! We can’t wait to come back!!

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well appointed cabin with amazing mountain views, this is it! My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this place justice. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch taking in the beautiful mountain views. You will not be disappointed with Brooke’s Place. We will definitely be back.

Mildred’s Cabin was absolutely beautiful. The views from the cabin were stunning! The cabin was super spacious and had everything we needed—kitchen stuff, comfy beds, and plenty of room to relax. It was clean, cozy, and just a really peaceful place to get away. Would definitely stay again!

We loved it here! Plenty of space for us and the dog to relax and soak in the mountains! I highly recommend the horse ride! Even for beginners! Great stay overall for the family!

We had a wonderful visit! The house is beautiful! We spent a lot of time on the porch,enjoying the view and hot tub! Lots of great restaurants and cute small towns near by. Jeff was a wonderful host! I definitely suggest staying here.

This was probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in, including the hot tub. It's cozy, comfortable, everything works great, it was easy to find and really peaceful. I would definitely return again for another getaway, we had a great time and really recommend it!

This is a nice and private cabin right off the Tail of the Dragon and the Cheoah River. The cabin is secluded but your just a few minutes from Tapoco Lodge and Joyce Kilmer Forest. We stayed here to kayak the Cheoah River and bring our 9 month old and this place was great.

We had a wonderful time at Sandra's place. The cabin is super clean, well equipped and easily accessible, even with a lower ground clearance sports car. The car porch is a nice touch as well. Our only hiccup was some WiFi issues, we were expecting something a bit more stable since the cabin has Starlink, but that has more to do with Starlink itself I guess. All in all, great place to stay and super friendly host!

My Wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Everything was exactly what we were hoping it would be a clean, private and peaceful cabin. Townsend is also a perfect town to have a land back day trying the local food, coffee shops, and stores. We would definitely stay again!

Our extended family, ages 3 to 79 all had a great time at Serendipity. Plenty of space for all of us and the house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well kept, and amenities as listed. The location was great for us and we enjoyed being near Smoky Mts. Park. We visited Elkmont, Cades Cove, went swimming (very cold water) but lots of fun! We had a very enjoyable week! Thank you for hosting us!

An excellent spot for enjoying the Nantahala National Forest, as well as having ample room and accomodations for guests and vehicles.

Cathy’s place was exactly what we hoped it would be. Upon arrival there was a mild inconvenience to do with nature that was completely out of Cathy’s control, but we communicated it to Cathy and she sent someone out and immediately fixed the issue. The cabin was beautiful with a great view, and Cathy was great to deal with. If you want a nice peaceful cabin to stay at for a nice little getaway book this one!

This was our second time staying here, the first time was three years ago to date. When we arrived it felt like we had never left. It was so relaxing and so peaceful! Cathy was amazing and the small issue we had was resolved within the hour! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We visited for 3 nights and had a nice time! The cabin is a short drive to the main road with lots of restaurants and very easy to get to hiking trails too. The WiFi also worked really well in the cabin during our stay. Our host was always very responsive and helpful as well!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!
