What a lovely stay! We really enjoyed making a fire and cooking by the river. Such an awesome location and only a mile from the Nantahala Outdoor Center. I’d highly recommend Donnie’s stay to anyone looking for a private get away in the mountains. We will definitely stay again.

Easy to find. Great location. The room had great amenities. Fire pits and supplies for fire pits supplied. Loved the porch.

A beautiful place in the mountains. Very nicely decorated inside. Site was new and well maintained. Be aware that there are lots of steps and some steep slopes to contend with. The porch with chairs runs the length of the 10 unit building and it is a nice place to sit.

I enjoyed my short time here came up to ride the tail of the dragon with my boyfriend and son and this place was perfect for my nightly stay. It was spotless clean, had a 2 top hot plate to cook if you needed it . The shower had a waterfall shower head , microwave, and refrigerator for your use . I loved everything about this place it was well put together with love and affection . I would recommend this beautiful lodge to anyone looking for a great place and has wood for the fire outside and chairs for there guest to enjoy .

Oh stay was amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rockers on the porch are a nice way to spend the evening. We hope to return again next year. We really enjoyed the peacefulness, and how guests staying there abided with the quiet hours. Thank so much for such an enjoyable, relaxing stay in this little slice of heaven.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean and had everything you would need. It was worth every penny! The rocking chairs, fire pits, and swings were so cute and fun. They left supplies for the fire pit and s’mores. It was just a wonderful and peaceful experience.

I had a wonderful time staying at kippys loft. The location is perfect if you want to walk around downtown Bryson. Everything you need including a CVS and a grocery store are a 10 minute walk away. Literally didn't drive once during my stay. The place is perfectly sized for 1-2 people and still has a full kitchen and bathroom. You can sit on rocking chairs on your balcony while looking out at the river and right down the stairs is a great food truck and a super friendly bar with live music on the weekends. If I stay in Bryson city again it will be here, the location was literally everything I was looking for. Karen is also super responsive and willing to accommodate. Great time 20/10

A spacious and clean studio apartment, it had everything I needed including a well equipped full kitchen. It's in a picturesque location on a hill overlooking downtown, while still just a short walk to the restaurants and cute shops.

The property manager immediately responded to my text regarding a question about a very minor issue that we ran into the issue was fixed within 30 seconds. That is awesome communication with your clients. They really care. They were very attentive.

Excellent host. I asked Teresa if there was a box fan at the place, and since there wasn't, she went out and bought one for me. A++ service! Always responsive.

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to see a concert at harrahs! Clean and roomy in a nice walkable area of town. Amazing drives up the parkway to Knoxville through pigeon forge and down to Bryson city and Franklin. Would love to repeat this trip again!

We enjoyed a very restful stay at this secluded spot ! Very spacious and relaxing , we drove to nearby Franklin NC had a bite which was grand . Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had , great spot to chill out!

We had great time! The condo was perfect for us, close to the casino and just 43 miles to Gatlinburg. Everything looks new because it was newly renovated. The mountain view is amazing. Very clean, has everything we needed, smooth check-in and out. Thank you.
