It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our little family had a loveloy stay one night at Teo's place. The appartement is spacious and clean and though situated next to a road quite quiet and day and night. We used it at transit but I'm sure if you stay longer in the area, this is the perfect spot for your accomodation.
