Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Novi podstrešni studio je bil popolnoma na novo narejen 2019 in ima svojo privatno teraso s katere je pogled na okolico in delno tudi na morje kjer ga ne zakrivajo velika drevesa. Posebno prijetno in romantično je na terasi v večernih urah, ko se vidijo bleščeče luči iz Opatije, Lovrana in drugih naselij vse do Reke. Na dvorišču je pod velikim hrastom parkirišče za vaš avto, pod figo in lovorjem pa velika miza s klopmi kjer si lahko pripravite obrok na žaru.

It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation and rest. 100 m from the house there is a small shop with basic necessities and large shopping centers are about 500 m from the house. Parking is in the yard.

Das Apartment war für uns als Familie super, Wohnbereich unten und 2 Schlafzimmer oben, so dass die einen in Ruhe schlafen konnten, wenn die anderen noch oder schon wach waren. Die Ausstattung war super, reichlich Geschirr vorhanden und für uns waren auch die Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine sehr praktisch. Einzig den Whirlpool haben wir vermisst, aber es wir konnten verstehen, dass die Außentemperaturen noch zu hoch waren, was andererseits für unseren Urlaub supertoll war weil wir noch jeden Tag im Meer baden konnten. Die Lage ist ok, ein nettes kleines Dorf, zu Fuß zum Meer runter nach Malinska war es dann aber doch ein ziemliches Stück zu gehen (vor allem zurück bergauf sicher 30 min) Die restlichen Tage waren wir mit dem Auto zu diversen Buchten und Orten auf der Insel unterwegs. Ein sehr gelungener Herbsturlaub! wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! ☀️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl man sehr zentral wohnt, hat man "seine Ruhe". Ein eigener Eingang, eine eigene schattige Terrasse, ein kleiner Garten, es ist alles da. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist sehr kurz, ca. 5 Minuten. Dieser ist auch sehr gut für kleine Kinder geeignet, schattige Plätze gibt es auch. Wenn man entlang der Küste wandert gibt es viele kleine Badebuchten, die extrem schön sind. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, die Pizzeria um die Ecke "Matteo" kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Kommunikation verlief super, wir hatten einmal ein kleines Problem und haben sofort eine Antwort und Hilfe bekommen. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft in einem schönen kleinen Städtchen. Ein schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben uns bei Mdladen super empfangen gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt super Zentral. Mladen und seine Frau waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben uns ein Babybett + eine 2te Babybett Wäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir durften auch, da wir mit Babys nachts gefahren sind, unser Check in auf 10 Uhr verschieben. Wir würden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen :) Danke!

Old colourful stone house, but fast Wifi for work

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Ana und Danijel haben uns direkt herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt. Danijel hat sogar noch eine kleine zweite Terrasse gebaut die man nutzen kann. Beide waren immer erreichbar und man konnte immer mit ihnen reden. Ana kam am ersten Tag auch direkt nochmal vorbei und hat uns Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber und wir mögen sie sehr und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Mysigt litet boende med närhet till affär och strand samt en mysig pool på boendet. Dock lite krångligt att checka in om man ej har bil, då man först måste åka till sol tours lokal för att checka in och sen vidare till boendet. Trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar.
