The coziest summerhouse a few meters from the sea

Holiday home for rent We have decided to rent out our lovely summerhouse located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a fixed connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the summerhouse is the tourist ferry Helge to, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, bedroom, children's room and repos with sofa bed. Large south facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. Yes in fact it is only 10 meters down to your own beach and its own bathing jetty, from where you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect rocks and hit out, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, a shower can be enjoyed under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view to Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). On the sea there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, guinea pigs and seals are seen. Everywhere there is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only bird whistle to break the silence. There are large woods a walk away. If you are a fishing interest, flatfish, trout etc. can be caught from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that are welcome to borrow. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a lovely wooden Finnish sauna, built from real fins there ourselves train wood and oven from Finland. Enjoy a deep in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family a max 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We don't have a TV, but plenty of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hot plate, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heating, in addition to wood pellet stove. Price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked upon arrival and departure and is paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or put in cash. It needs to be cleaned/all emptied and then a cleaning company will be cleaned.

Charming annex on Tåsinge

Cozy annex with access to forest. About 1 km to idyllic Troense harbor/town, with grocery store. Many wonderful hikes/bike rides, as well as several swimming opportunities. 5 km to Svendborg city center. Annex contains a double bed and a double mattress in the loft. Sleeps 4 in the same room, 2 of which are in the loft. Smaller kitchen The owner's large plot can be used. Take a morning or evening tour, for example, where you/I can experience chickens and shetland ponies in the rural surroundings. Additionally, the owner has 3 cats and a Border Collie dog.

Charming waterfront cottage

In our little Løkkebo, you can relax with the whole family and enjoy the view of the Langelandsbelt on the wooden terrace or put your feet on the couch in front of the wood-burning stove. In the early hours you will see deer and hares running in the large fenced garden and with just 100m to the beach you can be refreshed by the South Funen Sea. You can take a fresh walk along the water to Spodsbjerg, where you can shop for fresh fish and shop at the local grocery store, or take a short drive of 5 minutes to the local use in Tullebølle.

The forest cabin by the water

Cozy cabin in the woods at Svendborgsund. You'll have the opportunity to experience a unique and unspoiled South Funen coastline on the very best. In the cabin there is a smaller kitchen in connection with the living room, where you can relax on the sofa with a view of water and forest through the large window. The bedroom has a large double bed and the bathroom is with toilet and shower. The cabin is a perfect starting point for walking and biking in southern Funen and visiting cozy cities such as Rudkøbing, Fåborg and Svendborg.

Magical little romantic beach and swim cottage

"Quirky" small cozy place directly to the beach on beautiful south Funen, not far from Svendborg and Nyborg's cozy streets. Here is not big, but all the necessities are in place, the shower is outdoors, with hot water, in return there is an unobstructed view from the house and terrace over the Great Belt. One kilometer from here is a fantastic campsite with bistro, shopping for small things, a small beach bar, and water park for children. There is a bed for two, but you have to be good friends, it's 120cm wide, but it'll do.

Cozy family summer house in quiet surroundings

Humlehuset on Humlevænget is a lovely and 'real' summer house, in a fantastic natural area with forest and beach within walking distance, and a cozy wood stove that can warm up in cozy moments when you return home. There are three nice rooms with double beds, a bathroom and large kitchen-living room where everyone can gather for dinner, movies, games, music or whatever you want. Nice terrace with barbecue and dining area, beer well and beer bench and lots of grass to enjoy - for both sun and fun.

Small, cozy Guest House in Troense. If you are looking for relaxation and walks around the beautiful island of Tåsinge, this is the place for it. Go for a swim in the sea. The small harbour is close by, so is the old grocery shop where you can buy bread, milk and other nessesarities. The Guest House is small, minimalistic and the livingroom is also the bedroom. There is a foldable bed in the livingroom and another foldable bed in the kitchen. Suitable for 2 adults and 2/3 children.

A modern summer house features a dark exterior, large deck, and covered seating area. Sun loungers are arranged on the deck, while bicycles are parked nearby. A grassy area surrounds the house, adding to the outdoor space's appeal.

Idyllic summerhouse in Smøremosen on Thurø

Our cozy summerhouse was built in 1979 and renovated over the years, so it's completely up to date. Wireless fiber internet, washing machine, air conditioning with both heating and cooling function and a nice indoor fireplace. The main house can house up to 4 sleeping adults in 2 rooms + 3 children in bunk beds in a 3rd room. In addition, we have a nice annex where you can sleep 2 adults in beds. A total of 4 adults and 5 children will have a lovely experience staying in the house.

There are shopping opportunities in the village of Skårup - and Svendborg is only a 10 minute drive away. The apartment is located overlooking green fields, and from the two terraces you can enjoy the coffee while the sun rises and ends the day with a sundowner when the sun goes down.

Cozy cottage on lovely natural plot with water view

Our summerhouse is situated on Langeland, a beautiful island in the southern part of Denmark. The house is 900 m from the sea, a very attractive coastline for fishing. 50 m. from the house you find a naturereserve with lake and a very rare birdlife. 2 km. away you find the fairytale like village Tranekær with a spectacular castle. Very rich animal life. Very good possibilities of hiking and biking and very peaceful indeed!
