Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

5 minutes walk from Svendborg's cozy pedestrian streets is this basement apartment with a private entrance. The apartment consists of a large room with a double bed, sofa group and TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a private bathroom with shower. From this base you can easily explore Svendborg city . Visit the city's cozy harbor environment with old sailing ships and hop on one of the many ferries that sail around the South Funen Archipelago. The town's old shipyard island is steeped in culture and cafes. Guests have their own terrace.

We live in a lovely bricklayer's villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement was renovated in 2022 and has its own entrance. In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200), a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay centrally in Svendborg Vest - a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the home. There is about 10 minutes walk to/from the train station Svendborg Vest and it is easy to get here from the highway.

This cozy place to stay has two bright, nice and spacious bedrooms, a large common room with a daybed. Private toilet/bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge and dining area. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. Approximately 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. In addition, the stairs are without stair gates, and the home is therefore not suitable for smaller children who are not used to stairs.

The apartment is close to the water and close to shopping and a pizzeria. In the apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of space. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for two. In front of the apartment on the porch, there is the opportunity to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

It is possible to use the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. The apartment is bright and friendly with its own kitchen and dining area for 4 people, refrigerator with small freezer and full service. The apartment has 2 rooms. The first bedroom is a living room with a brand new sofa bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed. Please note that the 2 rooms have a shared exit.
