It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water where there is a swimming bridge and changing facilities. 5 minutes walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m. The basement is rented out permanently with its own entrance, i.e. the washing machine and dryer are shared.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Cosy cottage near the sea

This cosy cottage near the beautiful coastline of Sydfyn - the Woolf's Cottage - is only a few hundred metres from the sea, and the area is surrounded by sea on both sides as well as an ample forest area in which to roam, spotting deer and pheasants. The garden has two terraces with great sun spots, both behind and in front of the house, with lots of trees and little spots to relax. There is also a fireplace and a swing. Cleaning, towels and bedding is not included but can be provided.

It has been newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary grill in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cupboards, 55” flat screen TV, Langeland has a golf course, horseback riding, art, galleries, beautiful beaches and the wildest nature.

There is free parking outside the courtyard and check-in is via lockbox.
