Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides and has sea views. We have both deck chairs, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire pit. I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

The house in the protected city of Tranekær is worthy of preservation. It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cabinets, flat screen 55”, Langeland has a golf course, hiking, art, galleries, lovely beaches and the wildest nature.
