Newly renovated basement apartment with private shower and kitchen.

We live in a lovely masonry mansion from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement is newly renovated and with its own entrance. In the basement there is a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. In the entire basement there is underfloor heating. You will live centrally in Svendborg West - with a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the property. The apartment is a 10 min walk from Svendborg West train station and is easy to get to from the highway.

Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

Small but really nice apartment, with super views of the harbor & water. Just outside the door you have your own private terrace with sofa group and barbecue. The garden is decorated in many levels with several terraces with furniture, for your free use. When you step out of the garden gate, it's right out to the harbor and several lovely beaches. Hike along the beach and enjoy nature in the many forests, right in the "backyard". The forests have many km of marked trails. If you're an angler, we have some of the best sea trout water.

Lovely smaller holiday home / apartment centrally located in Thurø city. The apartment is located on the first floor, with access via exterior staircase. The apartment is close to the water and close to shopping and pizzeria. In the apartment there is a double bedroom and plenty of closet space. Feel free to use the entire area It is 2 km to shopping opportunities, beach and harbour. Lovely Svendborg is about 4 km away.
