Vi bor i en dejlig murermestervilla fra 1900, hvor vi lejer vores kælderlejlighed ud. Kælderen er renoveret i 2022 og har egen indgang. I kælderen er der soveværelse med dobbeltseng (160 x 200 cm), stue med sovesofa (140 x 200), køkken samt badeværelse. I vil bo centralt i Svendborg Vest - med kort afstand til centrum, skov og strand. Der er fri parkering foran boligen. Der er ca. 10 min. gang til/fra togstationen Svendborg Vest og det er nemt at komme hertil fra motorvejen.
