Small, cozy vacation home, 60 m² (646 sq ft), about 200 meters (656 ft) from the beach in the lovely Faldsled and Millinge area, a short distance from Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg town. There are lovely views from the living room and terrace over the meadow area and look to the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Beautiful and bright home on a cozy residential street close to the city center, beach and forest in Svendborg. The home is a 20-minute drive from EGESKOV CASTLE and the vintage car museum. In addition, GORILLA PARK with unique climbing experiences is an 18-minute drive away. In addition, you can take a trip to VALDEMAR SLOT on Tåsinge, which is 18 minutes' drive from there. If you want to visit H.C. Andersen's birthplace, it is 35 minutes away by car. If you want to go to LEGOLAND, it's only a 90-minute drive away.

This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Boligen er beliggende i et roligt kvarter tæt på centrum og vandet. Jeg tilbyder min høje og lyse kælder med 2 gode værelser og bad. Yderligere er der et tekøkken, hvor man kan lave sig en kop te eller kaffe. Der er også tilhørende minikøleskab. Værelserne har begge nye kvalitets senge samt eget smart tv. Der er egen indgang og god plads til at parkere. Man må meget gerne nyde haven ,hvor der er en sofagruppe samt nedgravet trampolin og gynge.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Tenant can self check in. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic and there are many good walks.

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places in the loft and one on the couch in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably undisturbed. Note: There's hot water here, even if the listing says otherwise! You must bring your own bed linen, etc.
