Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Svedala Municipality

Quiet area in the middle of a golf course. Good patio and nice nature around. A house with possibilities. Both Martin and Joel responded quickly and arranged what was possibly missing without any problems. Close to shopping center and to Malmö. Having a car is an advantage, a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

A dreamy, bohemian and hospitable home with lots of opportunities for play and socializing for the family! Rings on the top floor rooftop were the daughter's favorite (shared first place with the stud mat) The house is in an idyllic little modern Bulllerby-like area just a few minutes by car into the center of Malmö. I was personally very inspired by the decor of the home. Perfect for families with children who want to experience Malmö/Copenhagen or as in our case: Summer holidays with young children in Beijing park. Incredibly communicative and lovely host who was quick to respond to chat. Bonus with cuddly cats and nice neighbors!

Nice little cabin that was a perfect fit for our weekend needs. Only downside was that nearby lake was not easily accessible on foot. But it has nothing to do with Simon and the place: -) We could book it again another time.

Our stay at Susannes house was perfect! She was able to accommodate us very spontaneously and everything immediately worked. If we had questions Susanne was able to answer very quickly and the house had everything you could need. You felt right at home. The surroundings were quiet and very beautiful. I cannot recommend Susanne enough. Thank you for a great time!

Very nice accommodation that has everything needed. The accommodation is very close to Rönnebäck's golf course which was why we stayed here.

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. My family came together for a graduation, and we couldn't have picked a better place! Patrik and Karolina's place is lovely and warm, we felt right at home :) The airbnb is spotless, well-equipped and roomy with lots of character. It's also well located, with the city centre a few mins walk away. Patrik and Karolina were fantastic hosts- proactive, communicative and kind. We couldn't recommend the place more! We stayed there for a week and enjoyed it a lot. The place was very quiet in May and the beaches empty: Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Check-in went smoothly with a previously determined numerical code. Anna was very helpful and answered questions in great detail prior to arrival. We accidentally left jewelry in the apartment and Anna was so kind to send the items by mail.

Cissi was very kind and made us feel welcome. She always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was cozy, clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, too! It had a cute outdoor spot which we enjoyed and we were easily able to walk back and forth to central Lund (10 min.). Grocery store just across the road (open until 10pm) .

What a nice stay! We were positively surprised. A nice place to stay, clean and spacious! Owners are super nice and respond quickly. Ideal for transit. We will definitely come back here again!

Marlins place was excellent, very comfortable and just perfect for a nice stay in Höllviken. This is my second stone staying here and will stay here again when I return.

AMAZING!!! as described. very close to the center, free and easy parking, everything is very clean, with all the luxuries we would have at home and much more. the big tub and sauna, spectacular. the whole area is very clean, comfortable, quiet and intimate. And he left me the best: Gunila was very attentive to everything I could need !!!! very thankful for enjoying your home.

Lotte rented an elegant apartment in Malmö, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. With bright spaces, modern furniture and a balcony, the apartment offered both comfort and style, perfect for city life lovers.

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

Beautiful place and location near the lakes. Good base for visiting Stockholm (~30 min bus ride) and a great place to unwind after sightseeing. Spacious, clean and modern.... we had a very nice stay and Jessica was a responsive host. Thank you!

We had a very nice time. The apartment is easily accessible and offers many excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and clean. There are shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back!

Easy to find, bright and sunny flat in a friendly neighbourhood near to coffee shops, restaurants, a popular park and 10 mins from metro. Chandrika was always responsive, helpful and answered questions promptly. I recommend warmly for a Malmo stay!

Pretty good experience overall both with Loke, who’s a very friendly host, and Malmö, a very nice city.
