Cosy House in idyllic Ecovillage /Malmö Copenhagen

We live in a beautiful and child friendly eco-village just outside of Malmö. The buses go every 15 minutes and trains every 30 minutes to the Hyllie Station where you can switch for trains to CPH. Here you can enjoy a lovely natural environment and at the same time be only 12 minutes train ride away from the super cool Malmö and 45 minutes train ride from CPH! Easy access to both white sandy beaches and beautiful forrest hikes! We would love to recommend our best spots for relax and adventure.

Modern,cosy on the countryside still close to town

Fastigheten är omgiven av gröna fält och paddockar. Den fantastiska naturen runt huset är vacker och lugn oavsett årstid. Med endast fågelsång och två grannar på avstånd, ligger det säkert för en lugn vistelse. Men, ändå med närhet till buss, tåg, supermarket, allt på bara 5 minuter med cykel. Centralt, men exklusivt avskilt. Bra läge för både familjer(ej små små barn) och företagare med närhet till hela Öresundsregionen, och 2 flygplatser. Malmö Airport och Kastrup också på köravstånd.

Countryside villa close to Malmö

Our charming Scandinavian house in the South of Sweden is centrally located, close to the highway and with direct access to the station with trains in the direction of Malmö (15 mins), Helsingborg and Copenhagen (45 mins to Copenhagen airport). In the near vicinity you will find a lake and forests for hiking, castles, beach, and many farms to shop local crafts and produce. We have a winter garden (uterum), 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, and one office/guest bedroom on the ground floor.

Panoramic windows with a fantastic view of the rolling landscape of Skåne. Watch the deer passing by or the horses in the meadow. A private house with kitchen, toilet and shower on the ground floor. Floor 1 has a sleeping area with a double bed. TV corner with sofa and armchair and behind this, 2 more beds (single beds that can become a double bed). In front of the panoramic window with amazing views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxing and socializing.
