Vacation rentals with a patio in Sužan

Val is very friendly and hospitable host. She welcomed us at the apartment, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings. She was very responsive. It was a bit windy the 1st day so the next day she came by to clean the entrance from all the leaves. The apartment is cosy and is close by the beach and a little shop. It’s a bit in the outskirts of the center, but just a 5 min drive away by car or you can walk to the center on a beautiful coastline road which takes around 40 minutes. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

Awesome balcony and view of the sea. Plenty of space. In a great location in a nice town. Grocery and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy access to water. Host was very nice and responsive.

Saša host impeccable: responsive, helpful, and smiling. Breathtaking view, green environment. The road to get to the property is not very comfortable, but you are happy to make a 😊 unique effort to note: the cold water comes with a very weak jet and the flush takes a long time to recharge. We stayed in the apartment as a family of 5 and a dog. Everything was as described. The property is very spacious. Everything clean, amenities great. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and also to Crikvenica center within 15 minutes along the beach promenade. We would book the place again anytime!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment. The location is perfect. The apartment itself is very quiet an cosy. The apartment was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing great local tips. We spent a week in Krk and had the luck to stay in Blankas house, 5 minutes walk from the seaside. We experienced Blanka as a welcoming and lovely host, the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. We went with a child and that also worked out well in that space. I admire how Blanka was around and available whenever we needed her but at the same time created a calm and private space. She was also super sweet with our daughter. Will definitely stay there again if possible. High recommendation!

It was one of the best experiences for us in Croatia. The host family is just amazing, we spend the evenings together talking and sharing our stories. Hopefully we can meet again next year, because we enjoy the time in their home a lot :)

We spent a week in Tin's accommodation; everything matches the description, very clean and in a quiet area, very kind and helpful; I highly recommend the use of a car as there are no facilities nearby unless you want to walk for hundreds of meters, even uphill. Beautiful sea in Njivice, Malinska, and also in Cizici and Veglia. We have a dog, and we have been to dedicated beaches, which are very present throughout the island of Krk (shoes for the rocks are necessary; beaches are not equipped). Not spending the whole day on the beach because of the dog, we took many walks in the woods both on the coast and inland; in conclusion... wonderful vacation!

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

The stay at Dragana's was very nice. She and her husband are great, very friendly hosts. Your apartment is quite small, but you have everything you need. The view from the terrace is very nice, as well as the path to the sea behind the house. The surroundings are also beautiful and the promenade is very close by. The airport is nearby, but we only heard one fly on our walk. It may be because we were visiting outside the session. We definitely enjoyed it there.

Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

Great location, friendly host, everything was great.

We are all very satisfied with the communication with the host, the surroundings, the dining options and the excursion opportunities. The apartment itself is worth its money and even in winter the city offers a beautiful sight due to the extensive Christmas lighting. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

Just a great place to stay and would stay there again in the future
