We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. unique for hospitality, availability and suggestions on where to go and what to do. Then the house was complete with every comfort, bright, clean, tidy and very, very nice. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This villa in the hills above Petrovac is pure paradise! Surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views, it offers total peace and privacy. The stone house is beautifully built, spotlessly clean, and combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The highlight is the stunning pool with panoramic mountain views – we spent hours relaxing there. The large terrace with loungers and a barbecue is perfect for sunsets and starry nights. It’s close to the beaches of Petrovac and ideal for exploring Budva, Sveti Stefan, and Lake Skadar. The hosts are incredibly warm, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. Every detail is perfect. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and luxury in Montenegro – book this place. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

the only thing is it is private but the if we wanna drink and dance and sing after 10 that will be a difficult easily the next house people start banging the wall to stop making noise

Had a great time there - beautiful views!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever rented, and I travel quite a bit. We had a group of 4 couples. The home is bursting with charm. The large dining tables inside and out were perfect for our group. The wine cellar/lounge was so unique and inviting. The outdoor space could not have been more perfect from the large pool, to the spa and sauna. And Amila was so responsive and willing to make our stay perfect. The town of Cavtat was the best hidden gem of our 3 week tour of Croatia. And, it’s just a short Uber trip to get there.

The clean apartment and owner responded quickly and was helpful. The pool area was really cool too! The scenery was really beautiful, especially at sunset. Nothing to blame.

We were a group of 4 friends looking to holiday somewhere none of us had been and didn’t know much about Montenegro. It was a fantastic choice. We stayed in Tivat, at Ljiljana’s place. The transfer from the airport took only 10 minutes (€20 for 2 taxis). Ljiljana’s directions were clear for the driver to follow. The place was high up ( Montenegro is NOT FLAT!) and has the most wonderful views of the sea, harbour and lush , hilly surroundings. It is a 8- 10 minute stroll to the harbour area. The apartment was, as described ( delightful). Ljiljana was there to meet us ( she was happy that we could get into our apartment sooner than expected). We used the swimming pool and the barbecue/ outside kitchen area (though didn’t cook) and lounges. Ljiljana was there ( via text) to answer any question ; responding quickly. I would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable home from home (with a view). We took trips to Kotor and Budva which were both worth a visit.

We had a really nice time in Ana's apartment. It has everything you need, the apartment was super clean and the view from the balcony a dream. From the greeting to the farewell by Anas' dear mom (and Loli), everything was perfect. Communication with Ana in advance and during the stay could not have been better. Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Misha is the perfect host! He was extremely helpful when we had some trouble with our car and helped us find a place where it could be fixed. His place looks in real life even better than online and is really comfortable, clean, spacious and laid back. The location is perfect, close to everything but far enough to escape from the crowd (I wouldn't recommend Kotor or Tivat in high season, far too busy). The views from the flat are breathtaking, you just can't get enough of it. Plus, there are some really nice places to eat nearby.. In short, a fabulous place for some relaxed days off..

This is an extremely comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with all modern amenities (including an elevator). If you have a car and want to explore the area it is perfect. It is in a new building which is part of a complex of new construction, so there is no old-world charm. But is only a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Kaca, the host, was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful and homely space where we were able to enjoy the stunning views and close proximity to Kotor old town. Igor was an attentive and communicative host and even allowed us to check in 30 minutes before they agreed check-in time which was a massive relief after a long day of travel. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

Very responsive host, who offered us a delicious restaurant near his place. The apartment is very clean and the view of the bay is beautiful. We only stayed one night and everything was perfect. Aleksandar provided us with all the information we needed to access the accommodation, and communication with him is very fluid and very fast. The location is quiet, with restaurants and shops nearby. We recommend this listing, both for the quality of the location and amenities and for the kindness of Aleksandar.
