Very nice house in the Luštica peninsula with a beautiful terrace with natural shadow from The trees and nice view on the sea. Perfect location to go around Kotor area. The house is well furnished and rooms are very comfortable.

Hidden Gem!!! In the heart of Herceg-Novi!! Close to everything! Market, restaurants, beaches and so on. Alexandra was a great host, so understanding and helpful in any way and if you are lucky enough to book her place, believe me or not, You will want to come back over and over again...

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Absolutely amazing view! 😍😍 The serpentine streets getting there were an adventure on their own—definitely part of the experience. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. Great location too, close to the border with Croatia. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back if I ever visit Montenegro again!

Beautiful modern home with stunning views overlooking Herceg Novi and a fantastic infinity pool. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the stylish decor made the stay feel truly luxurious. Highly recommend! Slavko is a great host, very responsive and always eager to help!

We had the most incredible stay at this beach rental! Tucked away near hidden, wild, and pristine beaches, the house offers a breathtaking view of the sea and Rt Veslo—an absolute gem of a location. The house itself was amazing—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for two families. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable were the hosts. Anže and his girlfriend were not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but also outstanding hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made us feel truly at home. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to our trip. We can’t wait to come back—this place is a hidden paradise!

Just to echo what all other reviewers have said about this beautiful property. The house not only looks good in the photos it is an absolute pleasure to stay in. Everything is spotless, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is full of all the kit you might need to make self catering very easy, nice toietries and robes in the bathrooms. The pool is divine, picture pefect, complete with swallows swooping in for a drink from time to time. The host was the 'perfect host'. We arrived a little earlier than the official check in which was accommodated, we had a couple of messages just checking everything was ok at the villa (which it was) but we never at any time felt the contact was too much. Our stay was absolutely faultless and I am not that easily pleased!

Nenad’s villa is perfect. We had a lovely week away, the heated pool ment we could enjoy it despite the mixed weather we had during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, we self catered eating in most meals and enjoyed cooking and dining outside. Beds were comfy as was the sofa for nights curled up reading after the sun have gone down.

What a beautiful villa in a peaceful location. Tatjana was so helpful and friendly throughout the process from booking to check out. She gave us lots of handy tips and recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a great week at Villa Dajana. First of all, the view was what we expected the most and we were not disappointed, the photos are accurate. The pool was very convenient to cool off with these hot weather. The accommodation is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. Each room is air-conditioned. It is very important to have a car because the villa is high in the village, the first time the road is a little surprising but you get there quite quickly. Ivana welcomed us very warmly, she was very responsive when we had questions. Ivana organized a boat trip for us for a very honest price, we saw beautiful scenery and had unlimited drinks, it was also the day we preferred.

We had a great time in this accommodation. The house is really old, with old design and furniture. But there are all the things and electronics for a comfortable life, everything works well, the beds are comfortable. There is a delightful well-kept garden with a breathtaking view. And a nice veranda with a large window for rainy days. The only downside for our children was the smell of old furniture. But it was not strong. For me and my husband, it was a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the memories of our grandparents' country house and our light-hearted childhood holidays there. To be honest, our grandparents lived more than 2000 km from here, but the lifestyle is really similar. Thanks to the owners!

Stefan's place is unique. Quiet neighborhood yet close to interesting places. I had direct contact with Stefan's sister, who is very kind and respectful of the privacy of the guests. From the very beginning, we felt like we were among loved ones. Stefan's mother provided us with delicious cookies and great charcuterie of her own. The house had everything we needed. Although Stefan was on the go, he took care of us remotely and I got plenty of restaurant recommendations from him. Clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed. A separate entrance and a separate part of the garden does not interfere with the houses. I highly recommend this place because of its charm, but most because of the great people.

A truly terrific stay, with a very attentive host! Andrija and Mira were so helpful during my time at the apartment, with great local tips and always very responsive. They are very trustworthy hosts and looking to make your stay as smooth as possible. The location was less than 2 minutes from the beach but also so close to the Old Town. I highly recommend!

Beautifully situated villa with direct access to the sea in a very quiet area. We were welcomed by Ugi, who took us to the premises and explained everything. Teodora was also very responsive. We arrived in mid-October, when the off-season had started, so the Lustica Peninsula had very few guests. The beaches were empty, but it was still beach weather with sea temperatures over 20°C. Highly recommended. The only issues worth mentioning were the long staircase down to the house and the lack of a traditional oven, as there was only a combined microwave/steamer oven,

We had a great time with Nena and Toza during our stay. They are very kind people, and made us feel right at home. They take great care to make sure everything is ok during the stay and are very helpful with anything you need. Would highly recommend their place if you are visiting Montenegro.

Beautiful place with stunning views! Apartment located in a quiet area, just 15-20 minutes walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the beach, so we could actually enjoy some peace and quite, and with a close proximity to cafes and restaurants. Nataša is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. Couldn't be any better! Definitely recommended!

We stayed at Ivana's place for 2+ weeks with our 9 yo son and our dog. It's located rather far away from bus stop (around 30 minutes walking), but anyway it's better to have a car to see Montenegro :) The apartment itself is quite nice, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. The terrace on the 1-st floor has beautiful view and is great for relaxing, especially in the evening when the sun is not that hot. We also liked to have our breakfast in the front yard. During first days we had to keep our dog on a reash because of many cats walking around ;) The internet connection is not very fast, but low latency and stable - fine for video calls. The wifi router was stuck twice during our stay, so we had to power cycle it. Ivana was always reachable and helpful. My best recommendations.
