Vacation rentals with a patio in Sutomišćica

Matea was absolutely wonderful, helpful, AND she even let us check out later. The flat didn’t felt like an airbnb accommodation - it felt like our own apartment. It had all the amenities, everything we ever needed, and it looks way bigger and more specious than the photos make it out to be. Extremely comfortable, cozy, incredibly well furnished… we’re speechless and we hope Matea will have us back next month.

Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten die Altstadt und somit das Zentrum von Zadar. Vom Balkon blickt man auf den Hafen und die Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist neu und es wirkt gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

L’appartamento non è tanto grande, ma è molto ben fornito, abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. L’host è stata molto carina e disponibile anche nel fornirci aiuto. Buona posizione, vicino al mare e ad un market.

A great property that has a well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and is spacious, clean and in a quiet area. It was nice to sit out on the terrace and the apartment was also a cool temperature. Very useful to have a washing machine and clothes rack too! The location is good and it's easy to get a rideshare to town for about 5 euros if you don't want to catch the bus or walk. Bozidar was helpful and quick to respond to any messages we had. Would recommend to stay here!

Suzy’s place was great. It was very modernly equipped, cozy, and comfortable. She was very responsive to our messages and questions. It felt like home with everything you might need and very quiet. The flat is 5 minutes by walking to the nearby seashore, where you have a couple of beaches. It is a bit far from the old town but you can walk along the picturesque sea coastline with the cliffs (and nice restaurants) in around 30 mins, or you can get the bus or an Uber and be there in 10 mins. Overall, it was a great location and experience.

The apartment was a minute away from a grocery store. Ante was quick in responding to every message and very accommodating.

We recommend renting this apartment. Dijana took care of all the details, the cold apple juice was especially nice. Thank you 🙂

De supergastvrije Franko laat je helemaal thuisvoelen in zijn mooie appartement. Zeer schoon en geheel volledig uitegerust appartement maakt je verblijf heel prettig. Op loopafstand zijn er drie stranden waar het prima vertoeven is. En aan het begin van de straat loop je zo de mooie haven in. Vandaar uit kun je mooie dagtochten per boot nemen. Franko heeft ons heel goed geholpen met informatie over bepaalde activiteiten. Ga een keer eten bij het restaurant van Franko: GEWELDIG!! Volgende keer gaan wij zeker weer bij Franko logeren!

Das Steinhaus war einfach traumhaft! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom absolut privaten und uneinsichtigen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung war genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft direkt an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung und Privatsphäre suchen!

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

We werden hartelijk ontvangen bij robert en zijn vrouw, en persoonlijk rondgeleid. De kamer was perfect in orde, en we werden verwelkomd met een drankje en hapjes. Dit appartement is een ideale uitvalbasis om Zadar te bezoeken of ligt dichtij de luchthaven. Een aanrader! De parking voor de deur is handig. Daarna ben je snel in het centrum met een Uber.

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett von Beginn an. Das Haus war wunderschön, besonders der Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Die Lage ist super, man läuft 5 min zum Supermarkt und 10min zum Strand und hat auch eine tolle Busanbindung nach Zadar. Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Trip !

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes, extrem groß insbesondere die riesige Terrasse, die jeden Support bietet. Wer etwas über Land und Leute erfahren will, ist hier genau richtig. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Ganz besonders haben wir die unterschiedlichen Aufmerksamkeiten genossen, mal gab es kostenlose Eier, von den freilaufenden Hühnern, dann frisch geerntet Kirschen oder Knoblauch. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Very friendly and very helpful host. Very flexible checkin. Communication responses fast.There is a balcony to use with an amazing view. Aircon excellent, as was the Wi-Fi. A fridge was a big bonus to keep our drinks cool .Thankyou Iva !

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

Ubytování u paní Jasny bylo perfektní, nádherný být, okolí, prostě vše! Lokalita je výborná pro ty kdo chtějí soukromí. Paní Jasna a manžel jsou velice milí a přátelští lidé a kdykoliv Vam jsou k ruce. Ubytování doporučuji všema deseti. Super!

Pobyt w apartamencie u Kristina w Bibinje był wspaniały. Dom położony przy samej plaży. Kontakt z Kristina rewelacyjny i natychmiastowy. Byliśmy tam z żona tydzień i było super. Sklepy niedaleko, bary i restauracje. Plaża czysta. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i zameldowanie. Apartament bardzo czysty. Było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Świetna niespodzianka od gospodarza Kristina to przepyszne praliny i nalewka, które czekały na nas w apartamencie jak przybyliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
