Villa vacation rentals in Susono

Our party of 8 (one infant and one preschooler) has a wonderful time in this property. the house itself was in a quiet and peaceful location just less than a minute drive from the lake. the kitchen was well provided for and the living area expansive enough to fit the entire group. we had bbq dinners with a decently stocked supermarket just under 10min drive away. in a clear day you can see the peak of mt fuji from the balcony. the hosts were very thoughtful and the baby cot was comfortable enough for the little one. one of the highlights is the hot bath and the sauna, both of which were used on both nights. we would love to come back and stay again if we have the opportunity! the hosts were very responsive and very easy to communicate with. a big thank you for making our stay memorable.

The location of this place was right next door to the Chureito Padoga stairs & faced a spectacular view of Mt Fuji. You could not ask for a more superb location. Shimoyoshida station was approximately a 7 minute walk away & a Lawson's was just near that. The premises is well thought out with all bedrooms downstairs & kitchen/dining upstairs. We appreciated the extra special efforts and touches such as clear instruction guide on how to use all appliances, things to do etc, as well as all the amenities provided. This premises suited the 5 of us very well and we would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay here, superb good view of mt fuji. Everything is in good condition and cleanliness is good since it’s a pretty new listing. So happy we stayed here for 2 nights, would love to stay for longer in future. One thing to note is that the carpark is very tight for this listing, the other 2 listings carpark were better. So we’d think it best fits 1 car easily, however 2 cars is possible with some adjustments. Overall, very glad that we chose to stay here on our mt fuji road trip! :)

We booked this place for my son’s 4th birthday and we are glad we did. He loved the kids playroom! We recommend coming here by car. We rented a car and drove here. The hill coming up to the house is VERY steep! So I would imagine if you are carrying luggage it would be a struggle. There is 7/11 and family mart within driving distance near the house too, so it wasn’t a problem finding something to eat. House is clean, so relaxing just listening to the birds when you wake up. Plus, the private onsen after a long day was a treat. Check in was a breeze and host replied super fast to all our queries. We loved it here. If you’re still deciding, just book it already! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for hosting.

Great spot for any large groups passing through the Izu peninsula. Very clean and large common areas and central to all the areas we wanted to explore during our trip.

We had an amazing time at the Aquaholic! The place is a perfect little get away. Everything is very nice and clean. The scenery is super pretty as well. The host was wonderful and super helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed with 10 people, including two infants, one kindergarten, and one elementary school student.The living room, balcony, bath, and kitchen were all spacious, comfortable and fulfilling. Especially the BBQ on the balcony was great and the equipment was great and comfortable.There was also a business dishwasher, which was helpful because the burden of washing was small. There are 4 bedrooms, including the Japanese-style room, and it is comfortable for multiple families. The espresso machine in the living room was also good. I'd love to stay again.

Beautiful house, very quaint and lovely garden, with wonderful amenities, located in a quiet and charming town. We were a group of 8 girls. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with good quality utensils, electric kettle, etc. And small things like having tissue boxes in the bathrooms, providing Aesop toiletries. And the futons were very thick and good quality! Definitely recommended for bigger groups!

Chiyoko was a gem to communicate with, very prompt, very responsive. House was clean and peaceful too. It’s next to a road but its a quiet-ish road, so it wasnt too bad. Comfy beds and linens!

Thank you for your flexibility in responding to repeated changes in the number of guests. It was a nice place to stay, and both adults and children were busy. The location was good, so I was able to go to Lake Kawaguchiko, West Lake, Fuji Safari Park, Kipokipo, etc. We were blessed with the weather and had a BBQ and a bonfire. In the middle of the day, they came in to clean, and I had a comfortable stay. We were delighted to have a chiffon cake from Fuji Yamagata and eat delicious local specialties. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

We had a very pleasant time! The 100% natural hot spring and sauna were the best, and I went in many times during my stay and was healed.I think it's irresistible for hot spring and sauna lovers. The host was also very polite, and the advance exchange was quick and reassuring.The host explained various things about the location, and I had no worries. I also appreciated the local recommendations and various restaurants.The izakaya they introduced me to had delicious local fish sashimi, and all the other dishes were great too! Relaxing in the hot springs, eating delicious food… I had a very satisfying stay.I'd love to go again. Thank you!

The hot spring, which was the main purpose, was a good size and I was able to relax!I didn't mind the smell of the sauna like it was written by someone else.We enjoyed it with the jacuzzi.The view is also good, you can see the sea and Mt. Omuro.The only car was a bit of a struggle to get in and out.If you have a companion, you might want to have a look at it.

Fujisakura-san was a wonderful host. The place was excellent, offering a clear and unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji from both the terrace and the living room. It was clean, well-maintained, and the host provided detailed instructions that made everything smooth and easy.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Really enjoyed the heated pool (still cool in early June but better than the ocean!). The shower and heated tub were amazing. Just a stunning peaceful place to stay. Grateful we had a car so we could get to the beaches with waves. The little town was still a little sleepy as the summer season had not yet fully kicked in and so many things still closed except for weekends. As English speaking folks the lack of any english instruction for the appliances or even the written house rules was a bit challenging. The house is modern and beautiful. Communication was very engaged prior to arrival, but after our arrival the responsiveness to our questions and concerns was poor and could be improved upon- particularly when we were concerned about their property (a leak) and the check out lacked instruction, so we had to improvise.

Absolutely loved our stay at Olga’s place in Oceanic Villa Minami! The location is stunning, and easy access to the beach. Olga was an exceptional host, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that enhanced my experience. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway!

This place was the epitome of peaceful. We loved our stay so much and would definitely come back. Host was wonderful, helpful, responsive and friendly. The view is gorgeous and the house is loaded with amenities. Not house related, but just as a tip, it was sometimes difficult to get a taxi if you do not have your own car. That would not deter us from staying at this amazing place again! Absolutely stunning!

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.
