This home was EVERYTHING you would expect for a peace-filled stay! Clean, well cared for, and just an overall welcoming home. For us, we were seeking a safe, quiet place to enjoy some time together and peruse the “digs” of Sun City West; we were not disappointed at all! My only regret about the home was our “nagging need” to return home … the furnishings were very comfortable, par-excellence!!! Beautiful home, nice, quiet and cozy!

Super clean and organized house. Was able to check in the same day I booked and the hosts were in constant communication. Everything needed for the week was supplied, great house!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. This is such a great house!! The layout was perfect for our needs, and the pool was a huge bonus for our grandkids to come over and play in. We appreciated all of the extra little touches found around the home. Charity was so easy to community with and she was super accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We will definitely put this home on our favorites list and return again.

The house was pristine! The game room kept the kids and dads busy! Pool was great, lots of space. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

Our stay at Shonda's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic – a true five-star experience! The place itself was amazing, exceeding all expectations with its comfort and thoughtful touches. Everything was immaculate and beautifully presented, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Shonda was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

Edith’s place a nice cozy home away from home! My family and I felt very comfortable. I like that she provided options for laundry detergent, made sure we had more than enough bedding and bathroom linens. She was also very communicative with prompt responses. When we arrived, the porch light was on which made the residence easier to find. I would stay here again as it’s out of the way, quiet and close to many attractions in the local area.

Perfect place for a great price. Came in town for a quick trip and Marcus’ place was a gem. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.

We loved our stay at the Quaint Condo. Everything was as expected and very clean. There's a lovely pond within walking distance, and we highly recommend Park Cafe for breakfast. It's a great area!
