Vacation rentals with a patio in Surprise

Joseph’s house was easy to find, clear instructions. It is sparkling clean, roomy, all the linens smell great! The appointed parking spot was great!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

Great place, location, and pool. Easy check in and was even offered ideas of places to go and eat.

beautiful condo! beds were very comfortable and everything was wonderful! note: it's on the second floor, so handicapped beware. other than that it was perfect!

The place was a 10/10!! The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more beautiful in person that the pictures don't even do it justice😩😮‍💨 The blinds and AC were easy to figure out, clear instructions, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, best vacation home for sure and was worth the price paid for it! Enjoyed the house more than going out for once🥰The house was huge, me and my guests became kids playing hide and go seek in the dark lol and a time was had😝 Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts and I will be renting again💓😌Book and get the chance to stay in a $1.3 Million dollar home🥰! First off let me start with how Ula accommodated our group the day of check in as our previous spot we had book for our vacation canceled as we were on our way out there. The house was beautiful very spacious for large groups . The pool table was super fun. And the outside was perfect from the bbq area to the pull to the mini golf holes around the whole back yard . Thank you again for everything !!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. Lacie’s property was absolutely perfect for my brother’s wedding weekend! Our families—young and old—gathered to celebrate, and it worked beautifully for everyone. Every guest who walked through the door had the same reaction: “This place is amazing!” The home was spacious, stylish, and fully equipped—from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy, comfortable beds. The pool was a hit, and there were plenty of spaces to relax or gather as a group. It truly set the tone for a joyful and unforgettable celebration. Very clean and was everything it was advertised to be.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

The host thought of everything one may need while away from home, we lacked for nothing. Jesse was responsive to questions but also checked in with us from time to time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

Edith’s place a nice cozy home away from home! My family and I felt very comfortable. I like that she provided options for laundry detergent, made sure we had more than enough bedding and bathroom linens. She was also very communicative with prompt responses. When we arrived, the porch light was on which made the residence easier to find. I would stay here again as it’s out of the way, quiet and close to many attractions in the local area.

Perfect place for a great price. Came in town for a quick trip and Marcus’ place was a gem. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.
