Cute, clean, quaint condo on a beautiful peaceful property. Stocked with basic essentials (even shampoo, conditioner and K cups for coffee) as well as what you’d typically expect. Great communication with Lil. If you’re staying in the Chandler area, id highly recommend!

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Pool was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. How's was clean and comfortable. Nice golf courses nearby. Highly recommend.

Sarah was a communicative and helpful host. The air bnb was clean and great for our staycation. Felt very inviting and like home, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fifth stay at William’s Casita in 5 years. 2 weeks each time. William and his wife are very cool and helpful. The place is beautiful and very calm just at the edge of the desert. Perfect place for Wildlife watching… from the pool. First neighbors are 200 yards away and the place is very safe. Never closed my car. The pool and Spa were for me alone the whole stay with beautiful desert views. The Casita is very typical of the Southwest, very comfortable with an Awesome kitchen and absolutely everything a Chef would need to cook. Many different places to eat outside (pool, patio, terrace…). Many places to go out for dinner. All styles nearby. Thanks again Bill and see you next year !

Our star at Orange-alope Manor was fantastic. The host was very responsive and super proactive. We loved the pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening was fantastic. Everything was as described and the home was easy to find. This was my first time using airbnb in America and I would stay at this home again.

Enjoyed our stay! Quite neighbors,large pool area,location was perfect! shopping,eateries,massage was all within a 15 min drive,with a 5min walk to starbucks. I really liked the upstairs bedroom. Feels like the teenage girls had their own space. BEST PART....they so kindly let us check in early!!!! Some places won't! Would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!

Julie is extremely responsive and was amazing to work with. We arrived to Phoenix much earlier than the check in time and she was able to help us with an early check in so our 16 month old could take a nap. What a life saver!! The condo is very nice, makes you feel at home. She had a pack n play for our son and a high chair, and some toys which was a great bonus. Everything was just perfect!

Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

It was a cute, quiet little first house. The beds were pretty comfortable and it had everything we needed.

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

When we pulled up to the Airbnb, the main house was a little off-putting -- lots of clutter and mess everywhere. But when we went through the gate and back to the rental, everything was great. It's a small place, but great for the two of us and our dog. The private backyard was lovely for hanging out and soaking up the sun. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the frig had a shelf full of bottled water waiting for us. We were visiting family nearby, but really anything you want to do in Phoenix is easy to reach. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would recommend this rental for one or two people, and really appreciate that it was pet friendly.

Aracely’s Airbnb was very clean, comfortable & in a great location. The Historic Roosevelt neighborhood was very quiet & lovely. We enjoyed Phoenix & we will definitely be back.

The location was perfect and Janna and Mike were wonderful hosts. I absolutely loved the space and can’t wait to go back with my son who will love the fire pit and chasing the wildlife. I love how beautiful and peaceful it is there. If you want to do some urban camping in a great, private, safe and peaceful location this is a must see. I also bought some produce on the way out! :-)

Pretty neat house with the pool. The price point was really good for the place. We would really like to come back next time we are in phx/Gilbert area!

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the house, as a group of four men all 50+ who were down for a week of golf, it met our needs . I will say that the pictures look much better then it actually is. This is an older home and is showing its age. The upstairs main bathroom could definitely use an update. We had some issues with the wifi and had to reset the modem on 3 separate occasions. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener for convenience sake. That being said, we enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable, we made use of the heated pool and enjoyed the use of the pool table.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness, peacefulness, and safe feel of where Christian's place was located. Not within walking distance to much, but a short uber drive of 12 - 15 minutes for most places. I was a bit nervous as this place was a little more spendy than what I had originally planned on, but we ended up being pleasantly surprised by all the details Christian & his co-host have thought of and leave for their guests. Things you may typically forget, as well as a warm welcome with two nice bottles of wine. One of which we bought again during our stay. Beautiful home! Christian and Jesse were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. Coffee machines to choose from. One of which my spouse said he is purchasing tonight, because he loved the way it made the coffee and how it tasted. The bed in the master bedroom provided great sleep. This is a big part of our stay and something we really look at reviews on, but not dissapointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. The pool area was even nicer in person than in the photos. Even with triple digit weather the pool stayed cool. I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was great to have so many different options for food within a short drive. Getting in and out was easy and the house was well appointed with towels and kitchen items. My only caution is if you require a freezing cold environment, this place won’t work for you as is today. I was fine but my friend felt hot even with the AC set to 70 degrees. A fan was in the house that helped a bit but that AC’s 70 degrees felt more like my home’s ambient 76. Again, not a problem for me but I know some people run very hot and like very cold homes. I would definitely stay again.

Brad was responsive and helpful. His home was incredibly clean, and the amenities were fantastic. My partner and I had such a relaxing stay. I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

This is one of the only AirBnBs I have stayed at that I thought the price I paid was a good price. It cost about as much as any hotel and this place is much better! Instructions were clear and any question I had was promptly addressed. Great service and I enjoyed the Nespresso! That was my first time trying it! The pool was very clean. We shared it with another group staying in a section of the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. It did not feel crowded.

My husband and I had a great stay! The pool was very relaxing and having the grill was amazing! We grilled almost every night we were there. Thank you for having us!
