Monthly Rentals in Surin Beach

I want to thank Elena for her comfortable communication and responsiveness. The place is 100% similar to the photos in the listing. By the time of check-in, the condo was clean, the bed linen was tucked in, the bathtub was clean. There was a moment that the washing machine leaked when washing, but Elena helped resolve the issue promptly. The next day, we were changed by a barrier that burst. I also want to say that the property is located in a good location , 5-7 minutes walk to Surin Beach. Opposite the condo there is an "Audy Cafe" with Thai cuisine, if you go to the left there will be a 24-hour tops, and if to the right, there will be a very tasty restaurant called Calido, Gastro Port ( food court with stunning breakfasts) and pool tables for the evening. There is something to do! Thank you so much, the condo is amazing

Great value for money. Perfect for a couple or a family of up to 3 people. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms. Amazing views from all rooms. Separately, I want to note the roof with a swimming pool in the building, which has a stunning 360-degree panoramic view. Walking distance to the sea is 10-15 minutes. Of the disadvantages, I note a small balcony, which is actually used as a technical space, there is nowhere to sit there. Overall, I was happy with the choice.

This property was amazing I would highly recommend staying in this place . It was my second time visiting Phuket this is by far the best accommodation I’ve stayed so far not only the property and the rooms were like 10/10 . It is so easy to walk around the area and there are shops , restaurants and beaches you can do. I will definitely will be back and will be staying longer thank you for having us and I will be back
