I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

Great place for a duo or solo traveler! Very cute and cozy, has everything you could need. The host was kind and responsive with anything I needed. The condo was in the heart of boat avenue, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach near by (25 mins). However, it's probably recommended to get a scooter/Grab because it's not easy to walk every where. But overall, great experience!

We very much enjoyed the fantastic apartment with great views, it was very clean 😀 We have been there for a month and certainly repeatable!! it is a bit high so not walkable,but with a taxi 🚖 good to do!! We would also like to thank Aoijai and Michael for the good care.👍🏽

A great location. Compact but had all we needed.

The condo was beautiful, and was as described in the listing. The check-in instructions were super clear and we were able to checkin without any difficulties. The condo is well designed and the space is utilisation is amazing! The neighbourhood is peaceful, yet has everything one would need. There are a lot of restaurants of different cuisines, convenience stores, pharmacy and everything one would need. The host is also very responsive and polite. We had a wonderful time here, and would definitely recommend others.

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

Nice house. Have an issue with the air conditioner at first, but owner solve it immediately. Overall good, but try to avoid going here by public bus as it will require you to walk for a while. Bolt/Grab is always to-go

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Stayed for two days here...place was amazing! Had an issue with a lock on sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in less than 5 min after notification. Place was very clean! Shower head could use to be replaced was the only thing we noticed. Safe was being replaced as well as I let him know it would not open. Outstanding communication with a ton of local advice. Thank you!!!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

The hotel is good, but when I arrived a little earlier, I had to wait 3-4 hours at the front desk with no registration options or resolution.

Great location, close to everything you need, 2 swimming pools, gym, etc. It would be nice, of course, to refresh the renovation both in the apartment itself and in the complex as a whole, but if you are not going to spend time all day like this, then in principle everything is normal!

We had a wonderful stay at Olaf’s flat. It is as described on the picture: spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It felt like home. The block of flats is on a peaceful and cute little road with several restaurants next to it. The Surin beach is also a perfect beach, for family. We will return if we travel to Phuket again!

The apartment was as described, spacious, clean, we were very happy with the conditions offered. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed, plus a silent refrigerator, plus a washing machine on the balcony. There are 3 air conditioners in the apartment, all of which worked very well, providing clean air, without unpleasant odors. The drains in the 2 bathrooms never clogged, as we had experienced in other accommodations. On the top floor there is a swimming pool approximately 4 meters wide/ 20 meters long and a fitness room, with free access for those staying in the building. The family members fully appreciated them. The dialogue with the hosts went very well, anything we asked, we were answered instantly. It is our favorite accommodation in Thailand, for 2 adults and 2 children. Thank you to the hosts for everything.
