The villa has 3 bedrooms with bathroom. one guest room on the first floor and two guest rooms on the second floor. The villa will be put into use at the end of 2024. The brand-new equipment and design will provide you with a perfect holiday experience. Luxpride Villa has many villas of the same type. Our villa is a Phase 3 product. It has the largest land and living space among single-family villas. The more open space will provide you with a better and more comfortable holiday environment. The villa is in a prime location. Driving: 2 minutes to Blue Tree Water Park 10 minutes to Bang Tao Beach 6 minutes to Boat Avnue with top restaurants, shopping malls, bars and massage shops 35 minutes to Patong Beach 25 minutes to the airport We can provide you with paid airport transfers, with a one-way charge of 1,000 baht. If need help booking, please make an appointment in advance. We will help you arrange a taxi. The driver will greet your name at the airport, so that you can arrive at the villa smoothly as soon as possible. During the stay, no cleaning service is provided within 7 days. Every 7 days, we provide you with a free cleaning, including changing bed sheets and bath towels. We have two identical villas.
