Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Une chambre avec un lit double et une literie de grande qualité communique avec le salon par l'intermédiaire d'une grande porte sculptée en bois de palissandre. La deuxième chambre possède un lit simple. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne en pierre naturelle.

In the heart of Aunis, in Charente-Maritime (half an hour from the sea), in a traditional Charentais house from the 19th century, this cottage is a haven of peace in the middle of nature (4 hectare park, pond) , near the family organic farm, which offers a pleasant living space opening onto the garden. Activities: cycling, walks, horse-riding (equestrian center 300 meters away), fishing, golf 30 minutes, tree climbing 20 minutes. Possibility to rent a box / meadow for a horse.

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).

Le Gîte Couleur Détente, une petite maison privative en pierre de pays où règne douceur et art de vivre. Entièrement rénovée par nos soins il y a quelques années et remise au goût du jour depuis peu pour vous accueillir, cette maison de 80 m2 prévue pour 5 personnes n’attend plus que vous, pour vos vacances, week-end entre amis ou vos déplacements professionnels. Remarque : les réservations au mois ne concernent pas les mois de juin, juillet, août.

Cet appartement est situé sur notre propriété mais indépendant de notre maison avec son entrée et espace jardin privé.
