A noter pour les personnes à mobilité réduite que l’accès à l’appartement se fait par un escalier un peu raide Cet appartement est situé sur notre propriété mais indépendant de notre maison avec son entrée et espace jardin privé.

Quiet ground floor studio in the historic center

Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Note that there is no dishwasher.
