Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

La deuxième chambre possède un lit simple. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne en pierre naturelle.

A mi-chemin entre La Rochelle, les plages de l'Atlantique et le Marais Poitevin, vous pourrez aussi vous détendre à pied ou à vélo dans nos petits chemins de campagne. Vous aurez de la place pour vos vacances en famille, entre amis dans un endroit rempli de lumière avec des couleurs pastelles et tout à votre portée pour apprécier le département ou la région Poitou-Charentes.

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).
