Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Surfside Beach

this is a great place to stay when considering the one hotel. just pick up the access cards as you enter the building and those get you into the one hotel pool. it worked out really great for us and the room had a full kitchen.

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Hello . Mathew was a Really Great Host !! The place is Better than the pictures !! I got the Rest I Needed and Mathew made Sure I had Everything . It was Very Nicely Decorated and Clean … Did Not see one bug the week I was there .. He Answered All questions Very Fast . I Will Definitely Be Staying here again .. I Live here in Lauderdale and use Airbnb a Lot for a Kinda Staycation to get AWAY from home :-)) !!!! This place was one of the Nicest places yet !! I really did not want to leave , I could Live there and be Very Happy . You won’t be sorry renting from Mathew .. Wish I could give him More than 5 Stars .. We had a great stay at Andrey's place! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a low key weekend in Miami Beach. The home was clean, had beautiful & well thought out decor, kitchen was great for cooking breakfast (plus the mini market downstairs was helpful for basics like eggs, bread, milk) and we appreciated the easy beach access with on hand towels, chairs and umbrella. We rented Citibikes and biked down the boardwalk, about a 30 minute ride to South Beach. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful space, especially the backyard with the hot tub and all the fresh fruit! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The beach chairs and towels were super convenient. Closest beach was about a 15-18 minute drive. Daniel and Orlando were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Lesliet’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home.

This place is a gem. Beyond clean. Like spotless clean. Spacious. New. Lots of chill area. Pool is really nice sized. And lots to do in the area. But really- the cleanliness of the whole house really stands out. Alex is also a fabulous host with super quick response time. We were a group of 4 women on a birthday trip and we loved every second of our stay. The 4 bedrooms, the kitchen, the pool… it felt like home! We can not wait to return!!!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Awesome hospitality and super responsive hosts! Manuel answered all of our questions and made our long weekend in Miami Beach super enjoyable. The place is super close to the beach and has all the things you need for a friends or family get together. Definitely recommend.
