Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Surf City

Our stay at Nicole's was near perfect. There is plenty of room, perfectly located, neighbors were nice, area was quiet. The water pressure was my favorite part, tho my husband said he felt like the shower might put out an eye😁. My only "but" was the air being programmed for 77 at night but we brought a fan and made it work. My husband and daughter's only "but" were the beds, the spare woke her every time she rolled over(it creaks) and the master killed his back but I slept like a log so no complaints from me! Thank you so much Nicole for allowing us to stay and we will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a private and peaceful location for a small family, this is it! The house was exactly as described and you cannot get any closer to the beach! It was perfect for us and our son because it was so close that taking breaks was a breeze. We like to do a mix of cooking and eating out. The kitchen was fully stocked and the location was within 7 miles of some really awesome restaurants and ice cream parlors. We found so many sea shells and it was so peaceful and quiet. Like they say, it is not close to public access and is on a dead end street so we never had to worry about being overcrowded. It was like having the beach to yourself with the exception of the few families whose houses were by you. Both the other properties were far enough away so you aren’t stacked on top of each other. We will definitely stay again and recommend this home to anyone. George and Brenda were great! If you want to be on the beach and have a relaxing location, look no further! This is it!

I had a wonderful stay at Nick’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The fact that was within walking distance to the beach made the stay even better. Nick was kind and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and everything was clearly communicated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My family had a great stay at Alyssa’s place. Everything was as described, very clean, and convenient. Size was more than enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. We would love to come back again!

Our stay was amazing with the ocean at our front door. The neighborhood was quiet and the street had very little traffic. The Surf City Line restaurant was a quick 2 blocks away. We liked that we were not in a high visitors area. The house itself was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well maintained with high end appliances and was well supplied. It was a windy week, but our teenagers loved the waves. They also loved the Roku TVs. It was a fantastic stay for everyone and we are looking forward to our visit to this property again next year. Micah was a phenomenal host while being very assertive and responsive. The place is a beautiful small home that is minutes away from the beach. I would recommend renting from Micah to anyone!

This was the perfect spot for a laid back vacation. The house is not only beautifully decorated, but it is very comfortable to stay in (couch, beds, patio…). It is fully equipped and offers all you need for cooking, taking to the beach as well as initial basic supplies for your stay. The walk and access to the beach is short and easy and the beach itself is family friendly and not crowded at all.

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

My stay was perfect. Erika was a great host and is so nice! I booked last minute when I had a problem arise with other accommodations. Erika responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure I was able to get into the suite. The suite is cute, cozy, super clean and comfortable. It is loaded with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Place was great! Cute and cozy with everything we could need. All instructions were clear, check in was a breeze. Very close to downtown and all the fun stuff! Home within a few minutes after the concert ended! Highly recommend this space☺️

What a lovely home in beautiful historic Wilmington! The location could not have been better: it is walking distance to the riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, and much more. The balcony was an added pleasure; we enjoyed coffee every morning with a beautiful view and tranquil evenings after dinner. Thank you, Steven. We will be back for sure!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Everything we needed was there in the condo. Really enjoyed the area and host was easy to work with when we came a day early.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. Was our first time at Topsail and Gina made everything so easy! Was very quick to respond to every message I sent and super nice! Place was so cute and clean and just as described and we loved it!! Wish we coulda stayed longer!! We will absolutely be back!!!!

Had read reviews about the high tide and although it came up to the stairs it wasn’t a problem at all. Great location… nice and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. It rained the whole time we were there so we stayed in the majority of our stay. Not much to do on the island when it’s rainy but still a good getaway.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Wonderful week at Carolina Beach. Ryan’s condo was spotless and the amenities were exceptional. The location is perfect for sun bathing or a quick walk to shops, restaurants and the Boardwalk. The wrap around porch with multiple seating areas was perfect - you could always find a place in the shade or sun no matter what time of day. Sunrises just off the deck if you’re up early were serene and peaceful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Ryan even left a pretty substantial ‘starter kit’ of coffee. snacks and toiletries to make the stay even easier. We rented 4 separate places for a family gathering and everyone agreed that this condo had the best space inside and out. Even saying they would try to book this condo on their next trip back. We rented 2 umbrellas and surfboard for the week and they were delivered and set up on the beach daily for us. There are no beach chairs at the rental - so you are on your own for that service. Thank you Ryan - great rental experience!

This is a great place to stay in Surf City! Rosemary was responsive. I appreciate the responsiveness and attentiveness. Rosemary picked up that I was traveling with children and proactively offered accommodations. The condo was as described; comfy and clean. I really appreciated all the labeling, everything I needed was labeled and easy to find! That’s a nice touch! The location is great, a minute or so walk to the beach access! I’ll definitely be booking again!
