BONUS - If you are a "pet parent" and love to travel with your 4-legged child you will love the fact that the front door has a "doggy door" making it easy to go outside, which is fully fenced and safe. Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The area's long-time feral parrots serve as mascots and add to the vibrant feel. It's easy to get around. We very centrally located between LA and The OC. There is plenty of room behind garage for a large truck to park there and still have room to open the other garage, which is our personal garage that we (Jim and Susan) use. If parking behind garage do NOT leave anything in your vehicle overnight. Even though this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood do NOT leave anything visible, just for good measure and common safety.

Tranquil Lotus- 1min walk to Beach, Surf Central!

The "Tranquil Lotus" condo is a modern with 2 bedroom and 2 & 1/2 bath suite , that is located only a block and a half away from Huntington Beach! It comes with a kitchen fully stocked but the condo is only a short drive away from many of the local's favorite restaurants like Freddy's Mexican Food, Simmzy's, or Pacific Hideaway. If you’re in the mood for some authentic Asian food, Phuoc Loc Tho is only 8.1 miles away. Pets are also welcome! $75 pet fee per pet. AC in both bedroom & living room.

Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! This is a 1 bedroom with a king bed, trundle bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Includes 1 garage space with washer and dryer.

All rooms are equipped with a king size beds with linens and pillows except for the master bedroom it has a lush cal king size bed. Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen. The home also has a entertainment/den room with a bar and 75 inch television. Great for additional guest to lounge around with additional privacy.
