We had a lovely time at our stay in Folkestone. Dean’s place was so welcoming and wonderful - it felt like home! Dean himself is an amazing host. He was so communicative and accommodating at every step. The place was very clean, cosy, and well maintained and we would love to visit again!

Wonderful flat at a great location, with very short walking distance to central Folkestone. Beautiful, airy, clean and comfortable, with all amenities you could ask for. Since it was raining when I was there, I didn’t use the garden, but would have otherwise, very nice area. Would love to come back!

We had the most wonderful time in Folkestone and staying at Ralph’s was a perfect location to stay. His communication beforehand was very efficient and all our questions and requests were met with courtesy and professionalism. The house met our needs effectively we all had our own room and it was lovely to gather in the evening in the downstairs lounge by the kitchen. The parking was easy and plentiful, Ralph arranged permits for all of our vehicles.

Fantastically located, comfy space in the heart of the Folkestone creative quarter. The room was clean and comfortable and perfectively equipped for our short stay, which was very enjoyable. We really liked the Space Bar itself as well. Good, clear and friendly communication from Sam. We love coming to Folkestone, and this lovely place will be our first choice from now on.
