It is located directly by the sea and has access to its own sandy beach including jetty. Child-friendliness is high as there is a trampoline, playhouse, soccer goals, etc. Our two sea kayaks and our small plastic rowing boat can be borrowed when they are free. Härnösand has for several years been named one of Sweden's best summer cities and has great opportunities for outdoor activities, etc. The high coast starts here.

Lillstugan 12m2 sleeps two in bunk beds Bastustugan with shower/sauna, and a separett toilet can also be used . Access to finish sauna, boats(during summer) and fishing rods.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
