The cabin has two patios with morning and afternoon sun, ocean views, and proximity to both forest and nature. Enjoy walks, bike rides, or relaxing with a book in the sun by the sea. A store, gym, bakery, and pharmacy are about 9 km (5.5 miles) away; Birsta shopping center is 11 km (7 miles) away; and Stenstan is 20 km (12.5 miles) away.

In the main cabin, there are two bedrooms with a living room as well as a shower and toilet. Municipal water and sewerage. Sjöstugan is located at Björköfjärden, Both Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cabin there is a wooden deck. Year built 2009. The house has a full kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The house has a bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outside there are tables and sun chairs. In the winter when the ice is on, it's a great location for winter fishing, ice skating, or skiing.
